I had a beautiful room for my eight night visit. Staff were great and very helpful. Would give 5 stars but for the following:
Bar fridge too small for long stays.
$5 delivery fee for room service is outrageous. Why is this a thing?
Charged $4 on top of breakfast rate for poached eggs (in place of scrambled eggs).
I worked in the hotel industry in my younger years and these charges never existed.

Firstly Sara from reception deserve 8 stars. Beautiful friendly hopeful service and after a long drive with kids, she made the whole settling in so smooth. Honestly I have been in and out hotels but this lady makes our whole stay worth while. I would recommend it highly for Christmas and new year break. I am even thinking about extending. Rooms faces river and my kids are jumping out of joy and happiness 😊 lastly, Thank you so much Sara we wish you happy holidays and great life ahead 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

First time staying here was not great but the staff were very accommodating when things didn't go right and we decided to come back and stay again. To which the second time was a lot better. Room was better, service was better and food was better. Would stay again as it's great value for money. Definitely not perfect. But was still a nice stay.

Had an amazing stay at this place for two nights. Very close to the beach and other shops. Staff were friendly and the services was quiet quick. Love the experience I had and definitely gonna visit the hotel next time I go to gold coast. Cheers

Not good at all.
Booked 4 rooms for my 60th birthday and disappointed. Their standard of cleaning was poor. The made the bed by flicking the sheets over and throwing the pillows at the bed head. Complained the second day, they were very polite and apologetic and committed to fix our concerns. Nothing change over the stay. The worse experience was to see cockroaches in the room. I mentioned this to the Manager, he was apologetic and said to give home a few days and he would contact me after the trip. Well! It’s been two weeks and still waiting. The only good thing, was the views. Avoid this hotel!
