Dr James Bui I can’t recommend this doctor highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. They take the time to really listen, never rushing through appointments, and make you feel heard and understood.
What stands out most is how thorough and supportive he is, always explaining things clearly and making sure you feel comfortable with any decisions or next steps. You never feel like just another patient - there’s a real sense of compassion and dedication.
It’s such a relief to have a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and truly invested in your wellbeing. I’m very grateful to be under Dr Bui's care.

Dr Bui at Varsity Lakes Family Practice has been an absolutely outstanding GP through one of the hardest and most stressful periods of our lives. He has been calm, positive, compassionate and genuinely caring every step of the way.
He always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel supported rather than rushed. You can tell he truly wants to help his patients and make a difference. His professionalism combined with his caring nature has meant a lot to both of us during such a difficult time.
We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a dedicated and supportive young doctor. Highly recommend Dr Bui to anyone looking for a GP who genuinely cares.

Needed to see a doctor urgently, and was able to make an appointment online. Dr. Bui was so friendly and professional, and made a potentially embarrassing medical issue like the most routine check up. Also the receptionist staff were very friendly, and the offices are clean and very well maintained.

Dr Jonathan Bailey is amazing. I've had so much going on with heart issues, gallbladder operation, scans, tests, and hospital.
He is a calming presence when I'm emotional and struggling. I think it's very rare to get such a doctor who can manage all that and still smile :-)
I even had Dr Catherine Quirk greet me and make me smile as I was wheeled in for surgery can't get better than that!
The staff have been amazing too!
