Cannot recommend Dr Kyaw highly enough. He’s an absolute legend. I’ve been seeing him for quite a while now, and I have to say he is the friendliest, most personable and genuinely caring GP I have ever had. He’s been extremely empathetic and helpful throughout my time of dealing with quite a serious wrist injury, each time I see him I leave knowing that he has done as much as he possibly can to help.

I just wanted to leave a second review for this place as it is that good! I’ve been seeing Lisa the dietitian at this practice for about 9 months now. And I truthfully could not recommend her enough!
She is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, supportive, helpful person I’ve ever met! I am beyond grateful to have such an amazing dietitian helping me on my journey to a happier, healthier me!
She’s help me overcome SO many challenges and been extremely supportive throughout my health journey. Thanks to her I’ve started to believing in myself.
Her gentle, nonjudgmental, calming demeanor has made it super easy for me to open up.
Forever grateful for all her support! 🙏🏽

I have been a patient at the medical practice since they moved to the new premises. Kim at reception has always been extremely helpful in arranging appointments for me at short notice. Kim has always found room for me no matter what the issue. As for the nursing staff, they are so professional and helpful and always have a smile when they meet you.
The Doctors are caring and professional.
The practice is kept to a high standard always.

One star is too much for this place. We contacted this practice for some help on mental health. Not only was the receptionist a rude lady, the gp was also very insensitive about the situation and not professional at all answering his wife’s phone call during the consult and saying you need to do some “research”… maybe that’s why we have come to see you for some guidance and not feel lost. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking help as they won’t give two shits about you.
This isn’t the only poor review I’m seeing about how this practice handles mental health. You guys need to reconsider how you treat these situations.
