I've been training with Urban for 4 years now, and I cannot say enough positive things about this club.
From the moment I walked into the door they made me feel welcome and encouraged me to progress at my own pace.
Thanks to the club I've had my first amateur fight; spent two weeks in Thailand training non-stop, and have made friendships that will last a lifetime (and of course gotten in great shape - can't forget that part!!!).
This is a club for everyone; guys, girls, young, old, absolute beginners and experienced fighters. Do yourself a favour and give it a crack, you won't regret it!

I started training at urban Muay Thai Miami in October last year! Honestly the best thing I have ever done! All the trainers are just amazing people, really knowledgeable and just so good at what they do!
All the other members are so nice and respectful!
I was really nervous when I first started to get into something new but I was made feel welcome from the start!
in this time I have lost 22kg and I'm feeling the best I've ever felt in my life!
Would 100% recommend anyone who wants to get into something fun that will keep you fit come in and give it a go! You won't be disappointed!!

Seriously the best muay thai gym. It's honestly like a family, all the patrons are nice and the instructors are so encouraging and there for you. Very good mix of different classes too and it's a very safe and welcoming environment. Highly recommend if you're a beginner. I have been training here since April and I have no complaints. The trainers there also offer personal sessions if you want 1 on 1. The 12 week challenge is very good value and highly recommend that if you're looking to get in shape or have your first fight 💪
