The absolute best CrossFit Gym and Crossfit community ever. Great coaches, everyone is so friendly I love this box. Highly recommend to anyone since these guys cater to all levels from total beginners to top dogs 🏋🏽♀️

Almost at my 1 year mark at BIL and Holey moleys, never experienced a community or gym like it. I only started CrossFit when I joined BIL so I was lucky to have the best coaches train me from scratch! So grateful for all the connections I’ve made through BIL, and the love I have for training :)

I haven’t trained CrossFit before, from day one I have felt comfortable training here, everyone is very friendly and the coaches are helpful and show you the right technique. Absolutely love it here. Grateful to have access to an amazing space ⭐️

I had a great drop in trial and Bil Athletic. The whole team were very welcoming and professional. I had to leave suddenly for work. Otherwise, I would have signed up and stayed. Thanks again
