Almost at my 1 year mark at BIL and Holey moleys, never experienced a community or gym like it. I only started CrossFit when I joined BIL so I was lucky to have the best coaches train me from scratch! So grateful for all the connections I’ve made through BIL, and the love I have for training :)

The coaches are always friendly encouraging and supportive, - next level compared to any other gym I have been to. From daily coaching, fun fitness goal nights and special events, I have lived this gym from the first time I tried one of the classes .

The number 1 best gym on the Gold Coast. Friendly, fun committed coaches who are experienced and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The environment is electric , with variety of ages and levels of fitness. Urban is truely an amazing gym, one you don’t want to miss out on !!

The trainers at Urban are fantastic at what they do. The classes here have such a mix of ability and fitness yet these trainers can tailor the work outs for all levels. On top of that, when my wife was pregnant they each assist her in different ways with her fitness, but also took a genuine interest in her well-being throughout the pregnancy.
Other members are all super welcoming and supportive it’s just a great place to be a part of and would recommend to absolutely anyone.
