I can't recommend The Wellness Boutique enough! As a second-time mum I was struggling to navigate how to get back into exercise and feel strong again. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients' well-being. Their holistic approach to health and wellness has been a game-changer for me during this postpartum period. I am still going 3 times a week. Their supportive approach to BYO bubs, to make sure you get to your appointments and the support you need is just what all mums could wish for.
The services offered are top-notch, Whether you're looking for physical therapy, nutritional advice, or simply a relaxing massage, The Wellness Boutique has it all.

Today I had my first appointment at The Wellness Boutique. I indulged in a 45 minute massage with Christina and thought to myself during the massage that “this was the best massage I’ve ever had!”. I’m 26 weeks pregnant, so Christina took care and focused on areas of concern for me. I was beyond relaxed and comfortable. I also found out they had a great bundle to see a pelvic floor specialist for ongoing treatment and sessions pre and post birth. I booked those treatments on the spot! I felt as though this boutique was a one-stop-shop. The staff were incredibly kind, efficient and helpful. I am so glad I found it!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Extremely friendly and professional team. Have suffered with my injury for over 15 years and after seeing the team at the Wellness Boutique I feel the best I have since pre-injury. They genuinely care about your progress and have developed my confidence with their group physiotherapy sessions!

I’ve been seeing the physios and doing Pilates classes at The Wellness Boutique for nearly 9 years and this morning I swapped out my morning Pilates for a massage with Cristina. I wasn’t disappointed! Such a great way to start the day, I think I’ll make it a weekly habit 😊 Thanks team!! ⭐️
