I had a lovely consultation with Catherine yesterday (03.06) to discuss BBL HEROic, and I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience.
There was absolutely no hard sell, just honest, professional advice. Catherine is genuinely warm, knowledgeable and reassuring. She took the time to assess my concerns and made me feel so much better about my skin (to be honest I not feeling it right now!) helping me understand how much benefit I could gain from treatment.
Following the consultation, I have booked a facial skin check with one of the doctors (which is required before treatment) and my BBL HEROic treatment later this month with Catherine. I will be back and update my review after my treatment (looking at 3)
I also want to mention the two lovely ladies who answered my phone calls. I am usually someone who books everything online, but I needed to ask a few questions before committing. Their friendliness, patience and willingness to help honestly sealed the deal for me.
If you're currently doing the deep dive into reviews, researching clinics and wondering where to go, I highly recommend The Skin Lab. Being medically led and supported by experienced healthcare professionals gives me a lot of confidence, and they also offer some of the latest technology available.

I had such a fantastic experience at The Skin Lab. I booked in to see Dr Robbie Honore about a skin concern that ended up needing a minor surgical procedure, which was done during the same appointment. Dr Robbie and all of the staff were very professional, accomodating and friendly. The administration and follow up arrangements were a breeze. Very highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Skin Lab. The space itself is absolutely beautiful. Very calm, welcoming, and immaculately presented, which instantly puts you at ease.
The entire team is incredible, but I was lucky enough to be looked after by Jemma. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure and made sure I fully understood everything before we began. The level of care and attention she showed was exceptional.
It’s so clear that Jemma is genuinely passionate about skin and truly cares about achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. I felt completely comfortable, informed, and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend The Skin Lab and Jemma more highly.

I visited this clinic on November 24th at 14:45 to purchase Skinceuticals products, and the experience was very disappointing.
I requested a proper tax invoice with an ABN, itemised products, and GST — all basic legal requirements in Australia. The staff member who processed my payment showed clear irritation and provided very poor customer service. Her attention to detail was equally disappointing — the ABN on my invoice was written incorrectly, and the invoice lacked GST information. I have attached the bill your staff gave me, and you can clearly see the incorrect ABN number and no GST information. When staff overlook such basic details, it naturally raises concerns: if they cannot pay attention to something as simple as an invoice, can customers truly feel confident trusting them with their face and skin treatments?
These are fundamental compliance requirements. Why is a professional clinic unable to issue a correct invoice for a simple purchase? This raises serious concerns about transparency and basic competency.
Black Friday may be busy, but it does not excuse poor service or neglecting legal obligations. Management should review this incident and address both compliance and customer service issues urgently.
I hope the clinic provides clarification and makes real improvements for future customers.

I had a Hydrafacial, BBL & HIFU Ultraformer with Jemma and I am so impressed, my skin feels amazing and I already see a difference! The staff are so lovely, welcoming and made me feel super comfortable throughout. Jemma did an amazing job at explaining all the treatments and ensuring I understood what she was doing and made me feel so comfortable throughout each treatment. Jemma is super professional and knowledgeable, she helped me understand more about my skin and what would work best for me. I would highly recommend The Skin Lab for any of your skins needs! The view is also a great bonus 😊
