I’ve been visiting Skin Lab for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. My therapist, Krystal, is absolutely amazing! She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also has such a cheerful and welcoming demeanor. Krystal always takes the time to ensure my skin is responding well to the treatments, checking in with me during the session and even a few days afterward. It’s so reassuring to know that she genuinely cares about my skin’s health. I highly recommend Skin Lab and especially Krystal for anyone looking for top-notch skincare treatments in Brisbane!

I recently visited The Skin Lab Brisbane for a hydro facial, and the experience was exceptional. The clinician who treated me was amazing – my pores have never looked better, and my face is completely free of blackheads. It was both gross and fascinating to see how much came out of my face, but the results are incredible.
The clinic was incredibly helpful and attentive. During my visit, the clinician noticed a small skin tag and another skin issue, and she organized an appointment with Dr. Heather for my next visit to have them treated.
I highly recommend The Skin Lab Brisbane, especially for the blokes out there. I'm so glad I went to the appointment. Five stars all the way!

I’ve been attending Skin Lab for the past couple of years and I can’t fault them at all! My previous skin therapist Lilly was an absolute gem who knew everything skin related and is such a beautiful person. Unfortunately, due to an illness I was unable to go to The Skin Lab for about a year and when I had returned to do my hydra facial Lilly was no longer there. So, I then met Krystal and she is wonderful, accomodating and just really nurturing and care. I love getting my facials done by her and gives the best facial massage! I always look forward to seeing her evey 4-6 weeks.
Receptions are welcoming and friendly! My skin has improved ever since coming here and the skin therapists know their stuff! Krystal is thorough and communicates so well during the treatment always letting me know what we she is doing.
Also, I love the new look of the clinic! and the car park isn’t too far to walk considering it’s located pretty much around Brisbane city.

I booked an appointment at The Skin Lab to get to know my skin a little better and to get a skincare routine that fits my needs. I was greeted by a lovely woman in the reception before I got to meet Krystal, my skin therapist. Krystal was very knowledgeable and thorough, and really made sure to explain things clearly. She even wrote everything I needed to remember down, which was great.
I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I'm so glad I did! My skin really loves the products she recommended.
Krystal made sure to check in on me the day after to see if I was still happy with the products after trying them out for the first time. She also helped me adjust the routine a little at one point and are still (over a month later) in contact with me to make sure everything progress smoothly.
It's safe to say that I couldn't be happier with my experience at Skin Lab. I would definitely recommend anyone to pay them a visit.
