Had a few days away with my daughter. Only booked a week prior with an excellent deal for 3 nights.
Great location excellent apartment overlooking the pool and can see a bit of the ocean.
Wonderful staff.
Not a huge highrise which we like.

Great location, good views, but apartment is old. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen needs a revamp. Lift feels like it may stop at any time. Also only one lift, longish waits at times. Thought the price we paid was way over what it was worth, although busiest time of year. Also pool is very deep, I think 1.2m at shallowest if anyone is taking young kids wouldn’t recommend.

The location is fantastic and staff were helpful and pleasant
In my opinion this venue is way overpriced
Our room was very tied and old and is in desperate need of a revamp some cupboards were rotten and falling apart
The crockery was dirty, chipped and stained and is due for the bin.
The furniture (couch was something from the 90s and was scuffed and corroded) and the cushions were terrible
There was also an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom

Ideally situated for Casino, Pacific Fair, Oasis Centre and beach.
On top floor which is 7th floor, nice apartment with everything you need.
Spa on rooftop, Pool Gym and Sauna on ground all in excellent condition.

Great accomodation option if you're looking for convenience of walking to Pacific Fair, the beach and playgrounds at Broad Beach. Hotel is a little tired. Our room had been renovated so it was more modern. Great option to sleep comfortably and be independent with full kitchen facilities and spa, pool, gym and BBQ. Highly recommend for families to be close to shops and parks and restaurants.
