Went there on Saturday November 23 between 9:55-10:05. There was two customers and myself. And the two others eventually left apart from myself. The two ladies that was working never acknowledged me as I was browsing and wanting to buy. Not even a hello. Really bad customer service as they were just chatting the whole time till I left. Will never be back to this store. Robinas customer service is much better

The lovely young lady that served me today was super helpful and her customer service was fantastic 👏 I'm just sorry I didn't know her name . She had lovely dark curly hair . I'll definitely come back to shop there

The manager at the store was incredibly rude. She made me feel
bad for being dyslexic and autistic. She said, "Can you read?" In a
really rude manner and made fun of me for my disabilities, I feel
so violated. She was not friendly at all and was extremely
unprofessional with providing the bare minimum of exceptional
customer service. She also demanded to see my Tiktok account,
this made me extremely uncomfortable.

The staffs are always super friendly and enthusiastic, and definitely really helpful!!! Love the body shop products and love the Pacific Fair store staffs!
