Stopped in here to try something new for lunch, and we were glad we did. We were seated straight away and were able to order immediately. The service was great, and food came out in a reasonable time. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the bones twisted out of the ribs π thoroughly enjoyed the meals. ππ»

We turned up for a special family meal. After being seated we decided what we wanted and called for a wait staff. There werenβt any in sight. So we waited for one to come past. After 5 mins none appeared so we went to the bar and waited a further three minutes, Then we had to go find someone and asked them if they could take our order. She said sheβd be with us in a minute. We then waited a further 15 minutes as she said similar things to other patrons and then started serving drinks in the bar. Seeing as she never came we got up and left and did so without bumping into any staff. It appeared other were also waiting for prolonged periods of time and not happy about it. We went to Grillβd next door which was a great experience.

Our visit to TGI Fridays in Robina was nothing short of outstanding. Rusty, the store manager, really stood out with his dedication to ensuring our experience was memorable. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued as customers. The food was another highlight of our visit; it was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared, demonstrating the kitchen's commitment to quality. And let's not forget the $5 margaritas β they were amazing! Perfectly mixed, they added a fun and festive touch to our meal. I highly recommend TGI Fridays Robina for anyone looking for great food, fantastic drinks and service. Rusty and his team have set a high standard, and we can't wait to return.

Me and my partner always walk past this place and see the deals they have but we never stopped to dine in. We finally did π on Thursday , we scanned the QR code to order but we had somewhat diffaculties with the app as we wanted a steak but couldnt see it on the app just on the physical menu and it also didnt give us a option to customise our meals e.g gravy and garlic for the sauces.We eneded up going to the counter to order & rusty served us π. It was just after 4pm and it was quite so we got our meals within 15-20mins , I also took advantage of the $15 drinks π they are pretty big and totally worth it. I could defintly taste the alchole, food was yumm and served hot. Customer service was good π and we left happy and satisfied. Spent about $80-$100 for us, abit pricey but Yes we would come back again but probably not use the app.

Great dining place to chill. The ribs , the portions, the margerita (loved the tropical ππ). Didnt quite enjoy the calamari. The mozza sticks were alright. Shout out to Rusty who made our dining experience a splendid one! We asked for the ribs to be barbecued with little or no charring and it was well executed by the kitchen staff to a reasonably acceptable char. Also, we forgot to show our membership before paying and so we paid full price. When we realized about it, Rusty right away helped us settle the issue.
