This has to be the best sushi train on the coast. Always consistent, always tastes fresh and the staff are always friendly
The sushi itself is so good, we have been here too many times to count now and will continue to go. It's just such delicious food.
Easy to order if what you want is not on the train itself. I highly recommend the volcano range, but there is really something here for everyone

The staff at front is very very very unprofessional. I was a regular customer of sushi train but the staff don't know how to behave with customers. Pathetic services provided. You can reach me if you need more information. Manager need to change staff on immediate basis and hire some professional staff people who don't show attitude to your customers. Sushi train has business due to customers and if you don't have a warm , welcoming and well behaving staff then it will take no time to face the losses. I am very disappointed by the services. She was a mature women who don't know how to talk in a good manner.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Seated ourselves - no staff welcomed or directed us where to sit. The food was fresh and delicious! Some dishes looked like little works of art. Ordered drinks via the QR code at the table which were delivered to the table by the little rover. Flagged a staff member to come to the table when we were ready to leave, who noted our plates/drinks, gave us the paper and we went to the front to pay.

Staff need to pay more attention to cleanliness and focus on wiping surfaces e.g the tv screen behind the last bench seat as well as lots of dirty surfaces and glass everywhere. Staff kind of walk around not doing anything. Otherwise if this was fixed it’s a great place

We haven't had Sushi Train for 7 years, and now we are back. This time was different as you can choose and order from the app. (No need to socialise with human), at first we didn't understand how it's work so we ask one of the staff but she was just busy packing the takeaway order and told us to wait till she is free so we can talk to her. We found it a bit rude and have a don't care attitude. In my opinion, it doesn't take long to explain to us to scan the QR code and order through the application.
In the end, she was nice, I understand that they are always busy and probably underpaid...so don't expect any happy good smiling face or help there or as used to be 7 years ago.
