Was gifted the Two-Hour Japanese Face & Scalp Head Spa Pamper Package for my birthday. AMAZING! Loved it. Staff at reception were very pleasant. Tea & nibbles on arrival were welcoming. Therapist Ainhoa was incredibly skilful. Every time I disappointingly thought it was over - there was something else! From the beautiful aromas of the face & décolletage treatments, the warmed eye mask, the oils, the facial scrub, the hot towels, the scalp scrub massage, the hair spa, the arm & hand hot stone massage & the leg oil massage - relaxation bliss & I almost slept. It was a good 90 mins in time excluding tranquil lounge time & I couldn’t fault it at all. Thanks so much 💆♀️🧖♀️😴

On Friday a group of us ladies were treated like royalty! We had the most loveliest morning of facials, massages, sauna, foot spas, and champagne followed by a lounge around the pool. Service was exceptional at all times. Thank you for making our girly get together so special.

Had such a lovely morning with the lovely ladies here.
Such genuine, friendly and caring people from start to finish. Great small touches and love the use of the sauna pre treatment.
Even asking how much you like to talk to your therapist in the form at the beginning.
I had the 3 hour ultimate retreat experience and I felt nourished and relaxed from head to literal toe by the end. Much needed relaxation with quality products and wonderful surroundings.

***THIS HAS NOT BEEN SORTED WITH ME AS ADVISED BY THE OWNER IN. RESPONSE BELOW... PROBABLY JUST A GENERIC RESPONSE TO BAD REVIEWS
I bought a 3 hr package ($260) on Groupon for my 73 year old Mother.
On the morning of her appt, my mother contacted the Day spa regarding recommended parking (unfortunately there are no recommended parking instructions on the listing). Broadbeach is difficult at the best of times to get a park.
They advised her to park at the Pheonician resort underground parking just around the corner. Unfortunately my mother (due to her age and not being tech savvy) had significant issues as you need to download an app on your phone (inserting CC details on the appt etc.) to utilise this parking facility.
She was not advised of this by the spa staff member when speaking with her on the phone earlier. This stressed my mother who tried to download the app etc and spent about 20min trying to do so. She also spoke with the intercom person at the parking facility for assistance.
Anyway she had to park elsewhere and walk 10min to the spa and was about 20-25min late for the appt when she got there.
She then advised she received no sympathy or courtesy from the person on staff regarding her experience with the parking. This obviously inflamed the situation very poorly.
She then was asked to fill in paperwork which she advised would take 15min. Fed up at this stage and due to her parking only being two hrs (thats all she could find), she advised she wouldn't have enough time to get a decent treatment (as would get a parking ticket). Treatment purchased was suppose to be for 3 hrs.
There was not contact from the Spa to my mother after this experience to try and rebook or refund, since.
I spoke with Megan (manager at the Spa), who was very understanding and advised she would contact head office to see what they could do, however when she got back to me advised they would not honour a refund (My mother was not willing to go back after her experience so a credit or rebooking was not an option).
She also advised that my mother was sent an email the day before the appt (14.1.25) at 10:22am with regard to parking instructions etc. My Mothers appt was the next morning on the 15.1.25). So this is less than 24 hrs notice re instructions and my Mother has not seen this email unfortunately. She only checks every few days.
Can you please follow this up for me.
I don't beleive the Spa has acted appropriately with the whole situation and explaining the process at the parking recommendation (obviously they need to be 4hrs plus for treatments)

Don’t waste your money! Flew to Gold Coast for birthday trip expecting a luxury spa experience and spent hundreds of dollars for a 3 hour spa treatment the first day and a 2 hour head spa the next but what I got was a 2 hour spa treatment and a 1 hour head spa which left my hair dirty as the girl put moisturiser on my face than proceed to touch my clean hair. I’ve tried serval times to get some sort of partial refund as this is false advertising and considering only half the time and service was given I would like half a refund as the least. Not having access to to the facilities due to the cyclone I completely understand but I could have been advise before I bothered travelling as they did ring to confirm my booking and yet never mentioned the facility was unavailable. No customer service when entering or exiting the spa as no one was even at the desk to greet or ask how the treatment went. Honestly so disappointed and wish I didn’t waste so much money on a below average experience.
