Beautiful atmosphere that relaxed you right from the start. Therapists were all very attentive and professional and my husband (who usually doesn’t like this type of thing) said it was one of the best massages he has ever had. Beautiful products also and we both left feeling relaxed and smelling fabulous!

We had the couples renew and rejuvenate package. The 2 masseuse that took care of us were lovely, though the actual massages weren't that great. We asked for medium to firm pressure and it was as if they were just gently rubbing our backs. The foot scrub and soak was nice and was complimented with a glass of wine and a beer. The sauna session was nice and relaxing. The mini facial was really nice. Each room has a weird smell in it I'm not sure if it's the oils they are using or the oils are a cover up for something but it smells weird. We done 2.5 hours so it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely noticeable. All in all i wouldn't go back considering it costs almost 500 and the massages weren't that great. 6.5/10

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Summer Elisabeth Day Spa and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The ambiance was soothing, with soft music, calming scents, and a warm, welcoming staff.
The highlight of my visit was the treatment provided by Mao, who was simply incredible. Mao's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the very beginning. She took the time to understand my needs
The treatment left me feeling rejuvenated and completely at peace. It was as if all the stress and tension I had been carrying melted away under Mao's skilled hands. I can confidently say that it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever received.
If you’re looking for a spa experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and pampered, I highly recommend Summer Elisabeth especially a treatment with Mao. She is a true gem and made my visit extraordinary. I will definitely be returning!

We went in to try and book a 2 hour couple massage for my wife and myself. We went online before we dropped in to see if they had any appointments available which they did in the afternoon. As we were close by we went in to try and book in person. Well that was a huge mistake! As we went up the stairs there were quite a few girls just talking at the front desk with one on the phone. As soon as we approached the front desk they all disappeared except a young girl and one lady who was on the phone at the time. We asked the young girl if they had any appointments available this morning just in case something had become available. She asked the girl on the phone if they had any which she said no so we then asked if we could book in the afternoon again the young girl asked the girl who was on the phone which must have been the manager and again she said no appointments and seemed pretty put out with the two questions. We thought that was very weird that they were all of a sudden booked out for the whole day.
So my wife then rang them an hour or so later to check and to our surprise they did have appointments available both morning and afternoon.
When my wife rang she spoke to we think the owner who wasn’t in the salon but was the one on the phone at the time and heard the whole conversation and questioned the girl why she had said no. Apparently there was more going on with the manager who then proceeded to lie to the owner. The owner rang my wife back to apologize and couldn’t go into detail as to what the hell happened. We honestly think it was a racist reason due to my complexion. We will never go back. We ended up going around the corner and had the best experience the girls were so lovely and best massage ever.
Summer Elisabeth missed out on $700 but their loss. I hope the girl in question gets addressed over the way she treated us and that it never happens to anyone else.

Worst Experience. I honestly don’t know how this place gets good reviews. From standing waiting at reception for over 15 minutes before someone came, to be taken downstairs which felt like a basement, left sitting in a change room, left sitting waiting in what felt like a store room with hardly any light, massage which was just ok to the worst part having a so called manicure, my nails were roughly filled and buffed only, to then having a gel base coat put on followed by standard nail polish then gel topcoat. I could tell straight away as they were sticky once the ultra light process was finished. I couldn’t wait to leave but had to then endure her trying to take it all off. The “relaxing calm” feeling you pay for definitely was not there. Only positive was the receptionist was apologetic and refunded the manicure
