On Friday a group of us ladies were treated like royalty! We had the most loveliest morning of facials, massages, sauna, foot spas, and champagne followed by a lounge around the pool. Service was exceptional at all times. Thank you for making our girly get together so special.

Was gifted the Two-Hour Japanese Face & Scalp Head Spa Pamper Package for my birthday. AMAZING! Loved it. Staff at reception were very pleasant. Tea & nibbles on arrival were welcoming. Therapist Ainhoa was incredibly skilful. Every time I disappointingly thought it was over - there was something else! From the beautiful aromas of the face & décolletage treatments, the warmed eye mask, the oils, the facial scrub, the hot towels, the scalp scrub massage, the hair spa, the arm & hand hot stone massage & the leg oil massage - relaxation bliss & I almost slept. It was a good 90 mins in time excluding tranquil lounge time & I couldn’t fault it at all. Thanks so much 💆♀️🧖♀️😴

Myself and a friend did the Japanese head spa Groupon experience which was $400 for us both.
I hate to say it, but absolutely not worth the luxurious price point. The place is in serious SERIOUS need of an update, it just feels tacky and old.
The room I was in was poorly presented with the towels not even folded neatly
It's the attention to detail that just isn't there
For my experience I had workman right outside the door so obviously not very tranquil
The treatment was okay, but not $400 worth that's for sure.
For this price point I expect to be floating out the door
Overall disappointed, unfortunately won't be back

This Day Spa is just amazing! It has so much to offer, the experience is so professional and the staff make you feel so warm and welcome. I have treated myself to a day of pampering a few times at this establishment now and I never have anything but positive words to say.
Today especially; my therapist Sarah and the receptionist were absolutely delightful and made my experience so lovely. My girlfriend and I walked away excited to book in again very soon and recommend it to friends and family!

Beautiful atmosphere that relaxed you right from the start. Therapists were all very attentive and professional and my husband (who usually doesn’t like this type of thing) said it was one of the best massages he has ever had. Beautiful products also and we both left feeling relaxed and smelling fabulous!
