Nick is an absolute legend. Most caring physio ive ever been to and ive seen more than 15 on the gold coast! Reception gals are always lovely too. Have already recommended this place to my friends and family!

Nothing is ever an issue, always happy to accommodate my appointment requests and they have been working on various injuries.
There is always an alternative to remedy my requests.
Even when I was in a spot of bother, Nick and his team got me on short very notice in at a specialist to get me ready for a big event with instant action and feedback.
The feedback has always been on point and the referrals spot on.
Wouldn’t easily go anywhere else with this sort of care.

My remedial massage from Steph was absolutely incredible! A true wizard in her profession, she made me feel comfortable, was gentle (in nature) and got into all the right spots. She managed to pick up on all my previous injuries and worked through them so well that I felt instantly more relaxed and loose. Over a week later, my body is still feeling so much better than when I walked in to see her. Thanks steph!

This business is negligent, unprofessional, and dismissive, failing in their duty of care while making excuses instead of taking accountability. They mismanaged assessments, critical reports, ignored concerns, and ultimately left me without the support I needed—then tried to paint me as the problem rather than acknowledging their failures.
They promised to assist me in securing essential support but delayed, withheld, and provided inaccurate reports, making it impossible to access necessary care. They repeatedly missed deadlines, made last-minute superficial amendments, and dismissed my concerns as "resolved" when they were not. Their negligence directly contributed to my deteriorating condition.
Assessments were completely inadequate. A physiotherapist evaluated only three joints in under a minute, ignoring broader concerns. The podiatrist failed to provide a necessary letter for funding, leaving me without essential support. They pushed unnecessary sessions under false pretences while failing to complete the reports that were the entire reason I sought their services.
Confidentiality was repeatedly breached. They disclosed my private information to other clients and even provided me with another client's contact details, suggesting I employ them, an appalling violation of privacy and professional ethics.
Their financial practices are unethical. They raised fees without notice, expected immediate payment at the new rate, and falsely claimed I had unpaid invoices. They strung me along for months, prioritising profits over patient care while failing to provide critical reports in time for NDIS reviews.
When I raised concerns repeatedly, they dismissed complaints, sent patronising emails, and made escalation difficult. They refused to document issues in writing, likely to avoid accountability. When I was understandably distressed over their failures, they used it against me—suggesting I needed psychological help rather than admitting their own incompetence. They even encouraged me to take my complaint elsewhere rather than resolving it.
Hygiene standards were appalling. A therapist wiped his nose and then transferred it onto my arm—completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
If you raise concerns, expect them to gaslight you, deny wrongdoing, and pretend they made efforts to fix things when they only acted after missing deadlines or being backed into a corner. They will attempt to justify their failures, but the truth is simple: they did not do their job. Instead of helping me access care, they made my situation worse.
I have given them every opportunity to rectify their mistakes—far more patience than they deserve. They have done nothing but deflect, delay, and dismiss. If you want professionalism, accountability, and proper care, do not come here. This business is a disgrace to its profession.

Steph is amazing. She goes out of her way to create a safe, relaxing and comfortable space. I always leave finding that I can move more freely and with less pain than when I arrived. Steph is also so knowledgable and always provides me with information about what may actually be causing the specific issue I've been having and what I can work on to help to alleviate it. I can't recommend her highly enough.
