We booked a stay at Splendido for two nights, and were informed that the room we were meant to be staying in was still under renovation so wasn’t available for us to stay in. However, the hotel manager went out of his way to accommodate us and gave us an upgrade to a luxury apartment for one of the nights. The apartments we stayed in were both spacious and clean, absolutely no complaints. Would reccomend for good value, great location and helpful staff!

Very difficult to find reception in the rain. Walked into our room and there were dirty cleaning cloths on the floor. Cobwebs in the corners, little bits in the carpet, it just didn't feel 100% clean. Manager was very helpful. For the price and location it is still a very good deal

Very disappointing is an understatement. Would not recommend!
Carpets were soaking wet. The mold in the shower was horrendous and the smell was so bad. Air Conditioning units were full of mold. Blinds missing throughout the apartment which offered no privacy.
Management was disgraceful. Eddie really needs to find another job NOT in hospitality! Would have to be the rudest most unprofessional hotel manager I've ever met.
Overall experience was terrible!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities here.
First off, the front door was covered in spider webs, making a terrible first impression. It was clear that basic upkeep was neglected. As I entered the lobby, I was hit by a stench of feces, which was absolutely nauseating and left me questioning my decision to stay there.
When I got to my room, the situation didn't improve. The bed was harder than the floor, offering zero comfort. To make matters worse, there were stains everywhere: on the carpet, the walls, and even the furniture. Speaking of furniture, none of it matched, creating a chaotic and unappealing atmosphere.
The walls had several holes, giving the room a run-down and neglected feel. The bathroom was equally disappointing, stocked with the cheapest, thinnest ply toilet paper. To top it all off, there was a disgusting poo stain on the carpet, which was beyond unacceptable.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The overall condition is appalling, and it seems the management has completely given up on maintaining even basic standards of hygiene and comfort. Do yourself a favour and find another place to stay.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Sparsely furnished and in need of TLC but... good value for money. The shower was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The manager was excellent to work with. Parking on site very convenient.
