We are a family of four who loved every minute of our stay. Fantastic beach front location, bike and walking paths. The buffet breakfast was next level and catered to the adults and kids in every way. We had a car which was very easily accessed under the hotel and made it super quick to drive to Sea World (next door), Movie World and Wet n Wild. Easy walk to restaurants across the road. Great location if you want to be close to Surfers but not staying right in the middle. Will definitely be staying there again!

This is our favorite Marriott hotel to stay at Gold Coast. The hotel is on the beach and feels like a private beach that we can get to from the property. The rooms are good, but gotten old now than when we stayed in 2018. Room service is good and they make our beds everyday and change our towers too. Everything is refilled daily. Beds are comfy and we love the proximity from all the GC attractions.. Pool is awesome and the pool side bar restaurant serves the best fried.. love this place. Going there again in June for celebrating 3 birthdays in the family 🥳.. they do leave special birthday treats when we check in 🥰

I went to stay here on the weekend for a kid free getaway staycation with my wife and thought the Sheraton was in a nice spot. Car park is pretty small though and the rooms were pretty average too. Couldn't open the window in my room to get fresh air and the shower was a bit strange and a little confusing to use. The king bed was a little uncomfortable too and needed more pillows. The breakfast buffet was okay but the bacon was very cold, no pancakes or cereal option that I saw. Pretty expensive for not having much amenities and I didn't see a gym to work out in but nonetheless it was alright but I wouldn't be in a rush to go back for another stay.

We love this hotel. The private beach access is a major highlight for us. Rooms are a bit old, paint worn etc in some places but they are spacious. Great location as well. Parking is not free. In winter they have fire pit for making smores, a fun activity for kids.

Very dated hotel and nothing near 5 stars. From arrival to dining, this hotel is over rated. Staff kept apologising (for being under staffed with new owners). The rooms were terrible, old and plenty of staining. We changed rooms a few times but all were same standard. Location is good with direct beach access but nothing else about this hotel is up to standard. Forget dining here as wait times are ridiculous (over 1.5 hrs) which makes it interesting with kids.
Stay somewhere else.
