The Sheraton Hotel on the Gold Coast is a beautiful resort, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights is the swim-up bar, ideal for lounging by the pool with a drink. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained, and offer lovely views.
The in-house dining and bar were excellent. The bar serves a great selection of cocktails and wines, while the restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast, including a buffet and an omelette bar. There is plenty of choice, with Western breakfasts and Asian dishes to suit families.
The service throughout my stay was excellent, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are equal to or worse than the worst Marriott you have been in. The worst part is when you go from the (nice ) lobby into the hallway to the rooms. As soon as you enter the hallway, it smells musty. The carpet is dirty and looks like its 30 years old. My room was quite a ways down and I kept hoping my room didn't smell like the depressing hallway, but it did. My room was a standard marriott type room from the 1990's with very old carpet and windows. I'd guess that's when it was last renovated.
The hotel in general needs a total renovation. There is nothing wrong there that $100 million won't fix. It looks like that will happen at some point in the near future, because they have obviously skipped a lot of maintenance there.

Can't say enough about our stay at the Sheraton Grand Mirage this weekend. I booked two three bedroom villas for a special mother/son graduation weekend before our lads went to schoolies. Before I even left Brisbane I was contacted by the fabulous Marie to check on our requirements for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. To our delight little surprises were there on for us and our boys on arrival and still more the next morning at breakfast. What a treat. I have stayed at many 5 and some "6" star resorts and never felt so looked after. The villas are stunning but the staff were, without exception outstanding, with Marie leading the way. I had not stayed at this property for some decades but I doubt now it will be so long before I, or any of my guests are back. The beautiful beachfront and wonderful swim up bar are also massive drawcards.

We recently stayed with our best friends in a 2 bedroom villa
Could not fault the service and beautiful hotel
From the moment of arriving we were well looked after with early check in, and beautiful service that went the extra mile to make our friends 40th birthday extra special !
Marie called the day before to talk about my requests, and even gave us her card on arrival with mobile phone incase we needed anything during our stay!
The villas were beautiful and very spacious and modern with a beautiful balcony !
Room service was yummy !
The beds comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Even with such a big resort it was very quiet .
We loved the buffet breakfast
Highly recommend !! And can’t wait to come back
