Brilliant service and facilities. The hotel is really stunning, and the restaurant, bar and pool are really lovely. So nice to be on the beachfront as well. The bar has amazing cocktails, delicious food and really good service. The breakfast is fantastic, such a good range of different foods. The staff are so friendly! We had some issues with the cleaning staff not servicing our room the first night we were there, but this was resolved with the staff at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise and will be happy to stay again!

We recently held our conference at the Sheraton Grand Mirage, and once again, the entire experience was flawless from check-in through to departure. Justine, Samantha, Peter and the whole team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable.
The service and conference facilities are outstanding, the rooms are stunning, and the pool and bar are the perfect places to relax. Being right on the beach is an added bonus that makes the setting even more special. Nothing was ever too big or too small for the team – help was always just a call away.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Mirage for both conferences and leisure stays.

I had the privilege of staying here for three nights, and my first impression was excellent—the service from the team was on point. From the front door through to reception, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
The room itself was neat and clean, though a little sparse. I would normally expect the extras you’d find in most hotels, like a proper in-room information guide. Unfortunately, their online version of the guest booklet was frustrating to navigate and unhelpful. The bed was serviceable, though not especially comfortable (personal preference, I know). Overall, the room was fine but not standout.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication. At no point was it mentioned that the resort was undergoing renovations—half the pools were empty and several facilities unavailable. Information about amenities like the gym and spa was near impossible to find, which really impacted the overall experience.
Breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant were solid and enjoyable, but with so few other services and options available, it felt like something was missing. To make matters trickier, the shopping centre across the road was largely shut down ahead of demolition, leaving very little nearby and making taxis or transport essential if you didn’t have a car.
All up, while the staff were great and the resort clean, the lack of facilities, poor communication, and limited amenities made it underwhelming. A three-and-a-half to four-star experience at best, and I can’t say I’d go out of my way to return—especially with new competition opening nearby.

I went to the Sheraton 2 years ago to or a bit more with my best friend in my first little holiday in Australia, was the first time I went to Gold Coast… I did not went to the city… I stayed all the weekend in the hotel because it’s too nice 😂. We ate in restaurant at night, we have an amazing buffet breakfast in the morning. We made a late checkout because we did not want to go home, the hotel it’s just amazing. The only problem is that is too big so you have to walk maybe too much to arrive to your room but that’s not a bad thing to do after all that good food.
I think it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been in my life around the world. It’s not cheap, but it’s an experience you will not forget. Have access to the beach, amazing location, safe, quiet, just perfect . That’s why the 5 stars in my review.
Thanks Sheraton for that amazing little holiday, I’m thinking to come back really soon.

The beautiful view of the pool and ocean through the restaurant’s large glass windows was truly impressive.
The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hairdryer was too weak, and there was no body lotion provided. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly, but they were always helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The parking was convenient with camera-based access, and there was always a spot available near the elevator. The pool was large and heated, and with the ocean right in front, the location was very accessible.
For some reason, both check-in and check-out were not smooth and took quite a bit of time. The breakfast quality was not great, but the view was amazing, and it wasn’t crowded, which we really liked.
