Mel was super professional and was able to pin point certain spots to find the root cause of my problems. She was super knowledgeable and gave me great advice for stretches etc. The atmosphere was super relaxing, I will definitely be returning and recommend everyone to book with Mel!

Finding my hairdresser on the Gold Coast took a little while and over the past 2 years Semaines Spa has become my happy place that I love to share with friends. I feel heard when expressing my needs and together we make a plan for how to achieve the desired results with the health of hair and feeling good always a key element. I have had one good haircut at Semaines, however there’s no consistency, care or respect for customers. 5 days before Christmas they cancelled my haircut, via email, no phone call so I turned up having not seen the email. My hairdresser didn’t even recognise me. This is not the first time she’s completely forgotten who I am. Don’t waste your time with this hair salon, it’s 2 days before Cmas and now I have to greet my family with a mop.
