We stay at sea world every time we visit the Gold Coast. We just visited first week of Jan and of course loved it!
The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned, clean and tidy.
We stayed in the garden wing, which was close to a little park and the pool.
The pool is perfect for all ages.
The restaurants within the resort are reasonable priced and great quality!
Very kid friendly! Have lots happening to keep the kids entertained ! Kids club also but have to book early.

We had an incredible family holiday at this hotel! The structure is fantastic and perfectly designed for families looking for fun and relaxation. The service was outstanding—I've never seen so many lifeguards who were so attentive and vigilant. It made me feel completely at ease letting the kids enjoy swimming safely.
The dining options were excellent, with plenty of high-quality restaurants to choose from. The buffet was particularly convenient for us with the kids, offering delicious options and an easy, stress-free dining experience. A special shoutout to Carla at the buffet—her service was amazing and made our meals even more enjoyable.
We’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fantastic time staying at Sea World Resort. As a family of 6 we thought it might be a little overwhelming but from the moment we landed into reception to checking out, our stay was a great memory for our family and one we’ll never forget. The large water park was such a great experience and our children loved it. Food, restaurants, drinks, room service, cleaning service, front reception to bar staff were all great and made our stay the more memorable. Thank you Sea World Resort for providing us with one of the best family trips we have had in years !

The resort was beautiful! I loved our ground floor room near the pool, the staff were helpful and kind.
The only downsides that lost a star were:
1. The price of food at some of the restaurants was a little on the expensive side and fairly basic
2. When in the theme parks there wasn’t much communication from staff about issues with the rides
3. Even though the app gave a wait time, it was usually quite a bit longer than suggested

I had the pleasure of dining at the Shoreline Buffet Restaurant at Sea World Resort, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Melanie. From the moment we were seated, Melanie greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel like valued guests. Her attentiveness was unmatched, and she took the time to explain the various dishes on the buffet, offering recommendations based on our preferences.
Throughout the meal, Melanie went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. She checked in regularly, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care made the entire experience truly special.
What stood out most was her knowledge of the menu. Melanie was able to describe the ingredients and preparation of dishes in such detail, which was especially helpful for my guests with dietary restrictions. She truly enhanced our dining experience with her professionalism and kindness.
It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and thoughtful worker. Melanie made our visit to the Shoreline Buffet unforgettable, and I highly recommend her service to anyone visiting Sea World Resort!
