Fabulous holiday location for families! The deals that come up for Seaworld resort make it cheaper to book a night away with theme park access for the whole family than it is to just buy one day tickets to the park. The reception area is lovely, the lawn off the lobby lounge is a perfect place to relax and watch the sun set, with drinks and dinner. There is SO much for the kids to do. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room that lead straight out to the splash zone. The Easter bunny came in the afternoon with craft activities and a scavenger hunt for the kids. There were movie nights and the pool was perfectly heated. My only slight criticism would be for the Boathouse BBQ- overpriced, undersized and inadequately cooked- we had to order room service for the kids after getting back from dinner.
But all other dining options were fabulous! The dinner buffet was amazing- expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for!
The last comment I want to make is that every single person working there that we interacted with, went above and beyond to be helpful, was a joy to deal with, and really made sure we had a wonderful holiday. Management must be doing something very right.

This was my second time staying with my family at Sea world resort and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
The resort is great and very family friendly with theme park entries and breakfast included. Plus the service from all staff is exceptional!
Thea at reception was amazing! Thank you so much Thea for the great service provided! I hope your manager reads this and gives you a raise!
Also: We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant inside the resort and wow (100% recommend any family to eat here. It was out of this world!)
I will be definitely planning a future family trip and staying again at Sea world resort. 10/10!!!

Perfect Family Getaway – Great Value & Loads of Fun for the Kids
Sea World Resort is a fantastic choice for families visiting from overseas—especially from Indonesia. It’s not ultra-luxury, but for what you get, it’s excellent value. The package deals that include theme park access (Sea World, Movie World, Wet’n’Wild) are an absolute no-brainer and make the whole trip super convenient.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need, and the kids loved the pool area and splash zone. Having Sea World right next door is a huge plus—you can walk straight in, head back for a rest, and go again in the afternoon.
Plenty of dining options nearby, and it’s easy to get around the Gold Coast from here. Staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth.
If you’re planning a Gold Coast family holiday and want somewhere fun, easy, and budget-friendly with great access to the parks, this is it. Totally worth it for the memories!

We recently stayed at Seaworld Resort (family of 4, with 7 and 4 year old) for a week.
Our experience was fantastic, from check in to check out.
Rooms could do with a little freshing up, but overall was fine. (Was premium double room) located on the ground floor, gives easy access to the pool area.
Staff stand outs were Robyn from the experiences department. Her service was amazing. And Isabella for the kids night disco's. Her energy and enthusiasm made it so special.
Food & drink - we only ate at Waterfall Cafe and the food was average.
Being linked to the theme park makes life much easier with the kids. Especially at the end of the day.
Resort Pool/play area - kids enjoyed the splash area and the swimming pool was large.
Highly recommend for family holidays (especially if visiting the theme parks).

Was fantastic for a family holiday. So convenient being able to walk across to SeaWorld. Great pool and splash park for kids, also a fun garden maze. Would benefit from a playground that doesn’t involve water. Lovely atmosphere eating out near boat shed. All staff were lovely. Convenient for family trip having laundry facilities on site. Would definitely stay again!
