I’ve been training at Sapiens Fitness for the past three months, and while it's been challenging, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Coming back to train under Harry after so many years has been fantastic—he is just as supportive and hands-on as I remember. His attention to technique, motivation, and ability to push you while keeping the sessions enjoyable make all the difference.

Sapiens Fitness is such a great place. The atmosphere is motivating, and the sessions really push you in the best way. Harry brings great energy to the space, which makes a big difference. I always leave feeling stronger and more focused!

I've really enjoyed working out at Sapiens over the past few months. I've previously focussed on cardio fitness, so it's been great to challenge myself with building strength in a welcoming environment. Harry is always encouraging, gives personalised feedback and provides a range of exercises for all levels. Would recommend Sapiens Fitness to all!

A great way to kick off the day! Solid workouts in a great community, where the planning has been done for you. A place where there is a genuine focus on developing everyone that walks through the door, at their level. 9 months in, I am meeting my goals, and have almost zero hesitation each morning when the alarm sounds. Definitely recommend.
