Samsara is unlike any other I've experienced—it's a sanctuary of wellness that transcends the typical gym atmosphere. The air is crisp, the temperature perfect, surfaces spotlessly clean, and there's a notable absence of blaring music. The staff and members are all super welcoming and supportive. Plus, with a wide range of classes offered every day, including weekends, there's always something I'm in the mood for. While the membership is indeed pricey, it's worth every cent. I used to struggle to hit the gym a few times per week, but now I'm at Samsara almost every day and loving every minute of it. This gym has made staying healthy and active a pleasure.

The trainers are exceptional—truly top-notch—(shout out to Tilley) making it a fantastic place for anyone, whether you're a gym regular or someone who’s never set foot in one before. Their six-week check-ins are a standout feature; they not only track your progress but also tailor programs to suit your personal fitness goals. Plus, the variety of amazing classes ensures there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to start or enhance your fitness journey in a nurturing environment.

Amazing service, gym and overall experience. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym before. The staff are friendly and approachable. The other members make you feel like you belong and the utilities are fantastic. The sauna area is the most relaxing experience you need after a tough workout with the experienced trainers.

I wish I’d joined sooner. This is the most beautiful space I’ve been in - it honestly feels like a retreat. As a busy working mum I love that it’s open 24/7 and it offers a range of classes starting early and running til after work hours. The ladies are all very welcoming and there’s no gym egos here.
I always leave feeling really invigorated and look forward to every visit.

Samsara is amazing! To open a gym not only for the body but for the mind is remarkable! Belinda has done an amazing job at curating a safe environment for women to come to workout. There is a lot of effort and care put into this gym for the well-being of women. The PTs take time out to make a 6 week program and also to show you how to do each exercise. I’ve been to other normal gyms before and have never expected as much care at the women at Samsara give. With all of the group sessions but also the personal care that goes into you is profound. I’ve recommended this gym to every women I know, it is truly magnificent. This is life changing for you well being!
