I’ve been getting treatment here since 2022, even during my pregnancy. Soo is very professional and experienced, her caring towards on her client is really appreciated. She never put her client into any expensive treatment unless it’s really required. Very calm and her patience in listening to me is made very comfortable with her to discuss about my issue. I feel in great hands, and would highly recommend.

Great service & result. This is my one stop for all beauty and skin care for peel, nails, cosmetic tatoos. Definitely cheaper than most local shops. Thank you so much. Recommend 200%

The salon is clean and the staff are trained to be gentle. But the price is higher than average beauty salon, the only way to make sense is to became a member and pre pay, somehow get a discount. If your circumstance changes, it is almost impossible to get your money back. Put in that way, they only treat you good when they have the upper hands. PS Still waiting for a response for my refund - about five hundred dollars. The owner ignored my message not response for three business days. Will keep this posted, readjust my rating as per my experience.

The owner called mid day after my post and tried to clear it up as “ misunderstanding “ wanted me to update the post. She was upset because it was not three days as per my original post and she was on holiday - To clear it up it was two days and a half.
I do not think this is a misunderstanding, it is an incompetent in resolving a complaint. She was trying so hard to prove it was not her fault but not able to understand the situation in a broader circumstance. At least she promised to make a refund. Will see.

The owner finally agreed the refund amount on the 19th, and payment processed.
PS: I made the efforts to update the post and provide as many details as possible so you could make an informed decision about the business. I have only been there twice can not really make comments on their service.
I readjusted my rating from 1 to 3 as the refund is now finalised. Sadly, this post made the refund process easier but still frustrating.

My go to skin care clinic, I would highly recommend it to everyone. The girls are super patient and professional. I’ve been to many places for skin treatment but S Skin and Beauty is definitely my favourite, worth every penny !
