If only I could give less than 1 star. Over $500/n for a place straight out of 1991. Rooms smell musty and dank. Bathroom not clean, cracked tiles in the kitchen. The grounds a poorly maintained. Being categorised as a four star property is laughable.
There has been no water since we checked in - no shower or toilet. This is because of an issue external to the property but it’s been handled terribly. No one at reception despite ringing during the specified hours. Appalling.

I have stayed here several times. Pictures attached. Front desk service very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy, spa in bathroom. Yes the bathroom is a bit dated but was clean and spacious. Great location. In my opinion, it's more like a house than a motel and I like it. Good value for location, secure. Two car spaces, sealed gated living. Two pools, indoor heated. Had a great stay.

Look, it’s more like a motel than a hotel.
The actual location is central, but the front gate was broken so entry was via the side gate which is very dangerous and hard to navigate in and out of.
The room was very dated, and the bed was like sleeping on a brick. The villa was falling apart. So run down and not unkept. A real shame considering the cost and where we could have stayed for the same price!
We ended up going home 2 days early as we just couldn’t stand how uncomfortable the bed was and how run down everything was, if someone went to the toilet the toilet would wake up the villa it was so old!!!

Clean, quiet, comfortable unit. Helpful staff - strictly only available during business hours 9-4. Secure garage & location.
Our 1 bedroom unit was at the front of a larger section with 2 bedrooms, which was fine. However it was separated by a locked door on a tiled surface, so some noise from next door can be heard. Lucky that nobody stayed there on the days that we were staying.

Second time staying here and not too bad. Villa we stayed in was alright, with good atmosphere and space. The gardens outside looked great too. Decent facilities, but main outdoor pool was too cold.
The attention to detail (e.g the milk provided with the hamper was 2 months out of date) however needs to be addressed and the entire resort altogether needs a bit of an upgrade to stay fresh. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.
