The rooms were dirty and outdated. There was no air-conditioning, the furniture was very, very old and dirty. We have seen the cockroach eggs on the couch, the couch was disgusting and super dirty, the bathrooms were so dirty and rusty, the bathroom mirrors were rusty,
There were so many bugs everywhere in the apartment, lines of ants in the balcony and in the bedrooms, the side tables were so old and the furniture was super outdated and buggy.
Shen se asked to change the room because it was so hot and there was no aircon we were told that because we have booked through booking.com they can't help us, they could only help if we made a booking directly through them.
I have never lived in such a dirty place before. The dishwasher was stinky. We asked for more toilet papers because there were none, and my son was in the toilet. The toilet paper reached after 2 hours.
The view was great, but the customer service was awful, and the apartment was disgusting, and we were told they can only help if we bool directly through them..

Disappointing service from the front desk
Air con in both bedrooms didn’t work. Reported the issue to the front desk with no resolution or compensation.
Paid extra for the superior room that are advertised as “refurbished”, but the bathrooms are from the original build and very tired.

We had an amazing apartment (13C), lots of space and very clean and tidy with a beautiful view of the ocean. Location is brilliant. Facilities are great such as pool however our feedback would be that there was no toilet paper supplied, or cleaning products which we had to buy (not ideal on holiday and for price paid). Only one towel per person which wasn’t ideal but would stay again.

Incredible apartment with epic views of the whales in the morning!
We stayed in 13C and it was brilliant. Ideal
For 2 families with kids and the kitchen is incredible. Facilities in the complex are very dated and need a refresh.
The only real disappointment was how rude the receptionist is. She rejected a courier parcel with much needed expensive reading glasses because ‘it’s not my job to sign for parcels’ resulting in them getting lost in the post and when greeted as we passed she grunted if you were lucky.
On the last day, one lovely receptionist had previously told us we could use the pool until our flight later that day (we asked to stay until 3pm after a 7 night stay) but then the unpleasant lady revoked it when it came to the time and when I nicely explained we had been told we could, she very rudely said she changed her mind and we had to leave at midday.
Totally get that they are busy and sure we were asking for extra but her manner was unnecessarily rude. Such a shame one person can tarnish an otherwise amazing place for a family holiday and I heard other guests laughing about how rude she was and ‘not to ask the dragon lady for anything’
Maybe customer service isn’t your best career path love? 🤣
Definitely try Bilboa restaurant nearby!
Also bring your own towels! You get one each for the week.
