This is a brilliant place for a family holiday. We have been holidaying in this area for years visiting family and this place ticks all the boxes for us. We will be back. We particularly like:
The clean, heated pool and spa. We could spend all day there.
The friendly staff.
The great location near beach and shopping centre.
The book library and vending machine at reception level.
The easy parking in the basement with no set spaces.
The clean unit and comfortable beds.
The washing machine with 2 clothes airers and pegs for easy drying.
Sure the decor is a little dated but we could relax in comfort!
Did we mention the pool?

Absolutely loved our 10 day stay here Our apartment was fantastic and very clean with amazing all round views. Lovely pool and spa. Thanks to the kind and friendly staff will definitely recommend

Stay level 3 on tower B for 5 night when we arrived noticed the room not fulled cleaned and disfant germs there's lot of dusty every thing on bedhead, switches, beside bed, tv unit and in bathroom is not cleaned or mopped as floor still dirty also lots of hand marks on walls and doors. Also noticed when turnd the stove ring hood light on when I put loaf of bread on stove made me yuk move the bread off from it there oil everywhere on wall next stove and stove glass gross wiped.
Bedside table dusty and marks. Also we had to go shops to get toilet paper as there none provided.
We want to enjoy our stay private with tower A one of them kept hawke on us even at night their curtains wide open which they can see us even can see us in lounge we had to shut cutrain. Pool seems some dirty green the spa looks clean.
Bed is uncomfortable cant even sleep beauitful.
Hardwork cleaners? They dont clean dusty wipe etc. They expect no food on carpet charges applies if we don't clean we pay for the stay and they have cleaners to do cleaning for next clients unfortunately we had to make sure all cleaned and vacuum thats kind not our job as we are here for a holiday. Expect for rubbish yes as we have stayed at Palmerston apartment early February for 3 nights they dont request us to clean like carpets etc only tidy kitchen n put rubbish and we don't have to clean anything else and we had the private baloncy without people staring at us all time we love it there.
We don't recommend to stay this place again.
Feel us awful yuk can't use kitchen etc.

I love this place!!!
The location is absolutely amazing, right on the beach and easy walking distance to shops
The management here keep the place immaculate and are very friendly and accommodating. Great facilities available for the family, will definitely be back

Great location, fantastic view, very clean and staff are friendly. If we go to Goldcoast again, we will be staying at this place again for sure.
