I’ve been a loyal patient at Robina Town Medical Centre for over 15 years, bringing both myself and my young children without issue, until recently. While I’m happy to pay a consultant fee for appointments, I find it absolutely unacceptable to be charged a “recall result fee” for a telehealth appointment regarding results that were requested by the doctor. We've never been charged for this service before, so when I asked about the new fee, I received a very rude response from the receptionist.
The reception staff has consistently been unwelcoming, and a little courtesy or a smile would go a long way. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience this decline in service. Regrettably, I believe it's time to take my family to another medical center.

Robina Town Medical Centre is very convenient to park and get to. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The three or four doctors I have encountered are very knowledgeable. They listen well. Dr Luke Ward is one doctor whom I would recommend to others. Even those with complex needs.

My family and I have been going to Robina TMC for 11 years. All the doctors are brilliant, very professional and have supported my young family through many illnesses over the years. They provide very thorough medical care and advice and I’m really grateful my family always receives the highest standard of care. Thank you.

It was an unusually quiet mid morning when I attended the surgery reception. Maybe it was the quiet before the storm!
The young lady who received me was neatly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a good start! My wait for Dr Ward was short and my
time in his office fulfilling. I took the opportunity to thank him for steering me to age 90 in December. I showed Dr Ward a photo of me receiving a certificate from the state Minister of Education for swimming 20 laps of an Olympic pool on my birthday.
