The young lady who received me was neatly dressed, polite and helpful. It was a good start! My wait for Dr Ward was short and my
time in his office fulfilling. I took the opportunity to thank him for steering me to age 90 in December. I showed Dr Ward a photo of me receiving a certificate from the state Minister of Education for swimming 20 laps of an Olympic pool on my birthday.

The lovely female doctor I saw this morning for a consultation was very professional, understanding, thorough and answered all my questions with care...The receptionist was polite and friendly.I highly recommend this practice, as I have been coming here over many years overall...5 stars ...

My doctor today was Dr Luke ward.
He was friendly and very professional. He listened to what I said and took the appropriate actions. My norma doctor isl Dr Aruni she is also an excellent caring, professional. I feel comfortable discussing both medical problem as well as personal.
I find all the doctors, nurses and administration staff at this medical practice to be very good caring professionals. I have on several occasions when asked by friends to recommend a medical practice have had no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I’ve seen a few doctors from this medical centre but just recently saw Dr Andrew Kreis. He was friendly & professional. I didn’t feel rushed at all while I was there. Even gave me a quick call the next day to give me the X-ray results and check how my meds were going. I have never had a doctor do that. Always had to go back and pay for another visit to receive results. Amazing job & will be back!

The care that Doctors and staff give is the best I have received..special thanks to Dr Luke Ward who now cares for me, amazing young man, but in saying that wouldn't hesitate in seeing any of the doctor's in this practice.
