Dentist and front of desk staff are super friendly. A great experience the whole way through. I feel very comfortable coming here and is located in a quiet leafy green street!

I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist to do anything, even a clean. But Dr Mai is one of the most gentle dentists that I’ve come across in the last 4 years. She is so professional and caring, constantly asking if I’m okay, which honestly made me feel so very comfortable. Thank you so much!!

I visited this dental surgery today with a rotted tooth that needed to be pulled.. I, like most people, hate dentists and am full of anxiety at the thought of one but Dr Mai and her lovely assistants made me feel so comfortable. They have some fidget toys you can hold to reduce the stress and they’ll play some Netflix on the tv above you to take your mind off things. I have been raving on all day about the service I received today and will definitely be back for further work, feeling just that little bit less anxious than I was!

Dr. Raj, Rina, and the staff at Robina Family Dental Surgery are amazing! They make going to the dentist a piece of cake. Dr. Raj is super knowledgeable and his work is incredible. Rina at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to family and friends!

I recently had dental treatment while overseas that needed to be completed in Australia, and upon my dentist's recommendation, I reached out to Robina Dental Group. Despite the 1600km distance, I was willing to travel based on the positive feedback I had received.
From my initial contact with the clinic, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Rina and Dr. Rajiv. Dr. Rajiv went above and beyond by taking the time to personally call me and discuss my treatment plan in detail. His patience and willingness to explain the procedure, as well as the need for three separate visits, was truly commendable. In our conversation, which lasted over 15 minutes, he provided clear explanations and addressed all my concerns with care and expertise.
However, Dr. Rajiv also took into consideration the logistical challenges I faced due to the distance and suggested that I explore options closer to my location. Not only did he provide valuable advice, but he also recommended colleagues who could potentially assist me with my treatment, demonstrating a genuine commitment to my well-being even if it meant seeking care elsewhere.
Overall, my experience with Robina Dental Group left a lasting impression of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients. While I ultimately opted to seek treatment closer to home, I am grateful for the exceptional service and guidance provided by Dr. Rajiv and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend Robina Dental Group to anyone seeking quality dental care backed by compassionate customer service.
