About half a year ago I came to Galina with a slight irritation on my neck. After examining my problem, she prescribed me an ointment (for the feet!??!!). At first I didn’t pay attention to it and applied it for two days. On the third day everything was very swollen and itchy. When I came to this clinic again on the third day, Galina was not there and I got to Dr. Lawrence. He was honored to take the scrub and send it to the lab for testing and prescribed me steroids and antibiotics. The whole next week I suffered from itching and steroids that didn’t let me sleep!!!! It was horrible! After some time, I received an answer that I didn’t have any infection…. I never went back to them again. Unfortunately, because of them I have been suffering for half a year with a simple problem that could have been solved if I had been diagnosed correctly and prescribed the right ointment as soon as it appeared. I advise everyone to stay away from this place if you value your health!!!

My partner finally booked a doctor's consultation about his alcohol problem and not only did Dr Galina not help him at all but made him feel like he was wasting her time by coming to her for help. This lack of empathy is not only immoral in a doctor but also dangerous for a patient who needs help and who may not again work up the courage to make another appointment. If you need help, my suggestion would be to not go here.

The worst of the services. 1st time I showed up for an urgency with my 3yo. Even though the centre claims receives “walks in” I was told I needed an appt and was rejected. 2nd time I’ve got an ear infection I booked and appt online with a GP the day before and it was confirmed. I arrived and they told me there wasn’t GP available and I didn’t get a text or anything to save me the trip there. Very disappointing, especially when you are sick and really looking to be seen by a doctor.

Would highly recommend Julie (psychologist), as she is very lovely and caring. Half of the staff are quite lovely and caring. Others, not so much. Dr Aye helped with following up on my health which resulted in finding a tumor. Although, after this he wasn’t of much help. Dr Chafikova wouldn’t listen to anything, just screamed at me to go to the hospital when it wasn’t a current emergency but ongoing symptoms, and of which the hospital needs doctors to manage. Not sure about the acupuncture yet, as has only been beneficial once. The rest, not so much. Would not recommend dr Lawrence - Saw Dr Lawrence for CBD after my health declined very quickly. My doctor has reported him numerous times cuz he’s just being a idiot and not being cautious. I came to him to try the CBD oils but cuz I’m on a pension i found it too expensive through the chemist he refers to, so i saw dr Tim shannon to find out if there were alternatives under the concession scheme but found i had to pay again to see another doctor that does CBD and cuz I’ve never done a medicare rebate myself before i had no idea how to do it. So i went back to dr lawrence and asked him if i could try the oils under the concession scheme. Though i quickly found that they didnt have enough CBD in them to counteract all the pain going on throughout my body. The alternative was ineffective and at the dose i needed in CBD one bottle would only last up to 1 week to be as effective as the 100mg CBD. So, i asked him for flower to try under concession scheme to see if i could make the most out of it, trying to get the most pain relief and affordability. When i found that it wasnt very helpful, i asked to try a flower higher in CBD and one higher in THC seperately so i could use cbd for daytime and thc for nighttime use to keep the pain at bay and sleep properly. This i also found was a waste of my time cuz the idiot treated me like a pothead which is not why i saught his help.. He gave me the wrong scripts, ONLY THC scripts which aren’t what i asked for. Then arrogantly said i was getting the best deal in town. He proceeded to tell me that he’s gonna charge me from that day forth. I palmed his rude attitude off and assumed i had what i needed due to the need for my asthma puffers asap and all that was on my mind at this point. My breathing was declining very quickly so u can imagine by this time where i was at, hence my mind being elsewhere. i was more focused on my need to breath rather than about pain relief and whether he had given me the right scripts in this moment. I headed straight to the chemist to pick up my puffers after seeing him. When i finally got my puffers and my breathing was relieved, i had a look at the scripts he gave me and it was all THC, no CBD. I’m very frustrated cuz now i gotta pay for his assumptions and his screw up if i want to go back to see him to fix his mistake. Hr is very irresponsible and foolhardy, playing a dangerously negligent game with his patients. Now i understand why my doctor has been reporting him cuz he’s gonna end up losing his medical licence or killing people who are on numerous medications that suppress the nervous system… After him treating me like a pot head when he knows how many health problems that have impacted my life like a domino effect over the last 18 months, he’s got some fn right attitude and balls to treat his patients like scum. treated me like a number, and treating me disrespectfully due to his assumptions and misinterpreting my need for proper medical support. He’s just screwing around and won’t tell u anything which is why i had to see Dr Tim Shannon to find out whether there was pension scripts etc. - So, with CBD in future I’ll be seeing Dr Shannon instead seeing as he is well known for his caring and cautious nature around his patients. I hope Dr Shannon will provide me with the best possible clinical support in this area due to also working alongside my doctor. Update 9th March 2024: What medical cannabis doctor keeps bowls and scissors together in their office?. Never got an email back from them.

Unreal experience. “Sir you are banned from the practice and we refuse to see you” Here’s why; I was extremely ill for months last year. This lead to repeated visits to this practice to look for answers. After months of no answers and a trip to hospital I researched my symptoms personally and requested for a particular test. The doctor initially refused it, after getting upset she says ok you can have it. So I did the test thinking it was for a particular virus and it came back negative. I gave up on this practice altogether and the new doctor tested me for my suspected illness immediately. Turns out it was exactly what I suspected and the test this office gave me was completely different! I approached the practice manager regarding this and almost seemed like she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. She then literally allowed the doctor to listen to the feedback and protest! It was genuinely unbelievable. I have audio recordings of the consults and could have taken it further but didn’t have the effort as I was so sick. In hindsight there is a legitimate negligence law suit to consider. 1 year later I visit the practice as I needed a doctors note for work… “sir we refuse to see you” These guys are good for sick note ONLY and operate as a revolving door. They do not care if they help you or not. Do not put your life in their hands
