Extremely disappointed with my experiences with Dr Leela.
For starters, she is always very clearly too busy to actually be present and empathetic with her patients (rushing around and seemingly hurrying her clients.)
The first time I went to her was to request a proactive skin check. At the time I was intentionally trying to be more proactive with my health for the first time in my life and thought this behaviour would be encouraged by a doctor, not shunned. As I have a lot of moles, am very fair and was nervous about having my skin checked this seemed like an intelligent place to start.
Dr Leela looked me up and down and said "why? You look fine." Mind you I was wearing a long sleeved shirt and pants so how could she possibly accurately make that assessment.
I gave up on having her check my skin and went to a PROFESSIONAL.
Years later I booked for a papsmear with Dr Leela. She rushed me and was condescending with me when she my nervousness had made it momentarily difficult for her to perform the procedure. She raised her voice and said "if you do not relax, I will not be able to do this procedure."
I would think a doctor would have some basic understanding of trauma and bracing patterns and would at least be somewhat gentler in her language and methods.
I like to think that perhaps Dr Leela was just stressed and overworked on the 2 occasions our paths crossed, but from those 2 experience it's clear to me she doesn't enjoy being a doctor nor does she have the people skills for the job.

This practice is amazing. Not only does the acupuncture help my chronic pain issues (Dr. Wu is an expert in his field), but the staff members are exceptional. I'd like to personally sing the praises of Tenille and Krystal. Both girls have a perfect balance of professionalism and personal service. They always remember patients names, conditions and circumstances. They are so efficient and constantly working flat out, yet they take the time to make patients feel cared for and important. The customer service is second to none, and they never hesitate to go above and beyond - despite the fast paced, demanding positions they hold. They are truly an asset to the practice, and I hope they are acknowledged and appreciated for all they offer. Exemplary work ladies! Always a pleasure to see you. Kellie - the chatterbox🙃

As a customer of this health practice for over 10 years with great patient service from Dr Zoliker and have never been Not bulk billed.
I've experienced a problem with the last apointment, the problem being Not being advised of being charged on my last apointment when i rang to make the appointment, I was not informed that I would be changed by this Doctor Galena, when I questioned why I was being charged i was told that the doctor had made that decision to charge a fee, i would have seen my regular Dr if i was advised of this change, i was told if i don't pay Don't come back to this practice or pay "obviously i payed" i felt very disappointed and embarrassed i was spoken to in this manner, it adds a real shame to this type of service being medical and professional this has made me not feel welcome back to this practice for health care for daring to question why after 10 years of using this practice why I'm being charged for the consolidation, i would add that all the signage on the practice says BULKBILL DOCTORS, I would recommend question everything when organising an appointment when contacting this practice.

Great for sports acupuncture. Dr Wu is extremely experienced, efficient. Gets results. The practice is no frills. It's easy to get an acupuncture appointment, and it's bulk billed, making it an affordable option.
