Great hotel. Stayed twice now. Great roof top view for the air show. Convenient restaurant downstairs with very nice food. Only down size is the wait for the lifts... but just be patient. Great that lime bikes were just out side made it easy to get to and from Cavill

The best Gold Coast Hotel ever! 👍🏻👍🏻
I had such a happy experience for 3 nights.
I chose Rhapsody very carefully to choose between many hotels and resorts on the Gold Coast, and I am very satisfied with the result.
The two-bedroom and two-bathroom room had fantastic views, and it was spacious, cozy, and clean.
If you take the tram from Main Street Cavill Avenue, you can reach Rhapsody Resort in two stops.
In addition, the cost of the tram is very affordable.
Empty trash every day, bring in new towels every day and such great service. Surfers Paradise Beach is right in front and it's nice without being too crowded.
If I visit the Gold Coast next time, I will definitely choose Rhapsody Resort.
Plus, parking is free. It's impeccable!
Every day, I can lie down in my room and watch the sunrise, and watch the sunset from the balcony of my living room. It's the best experience ever.
Each room has an air conditioner/heater, so the cold and cold side is very good. The warm water comes out well and the water pressure is good. The memories of my Gold Coast trip through Rhapsody Resort are very, very good. I highly recommend the resort.

I highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly, always there to provide help and so nice to talk to. Considering the cleanliness, staff, and location, I guess its more than value for money. i love the pool, sauna and rooftop for an amazing view. But definitely cheers to such great staff. We didn't make on time and arrived after hours even the security person was so kind and nice to help us and ready our room. I will going to stay here again.

The bed sheets and pillows in the room were really dirty, and there was even a hole in one of the pillowcases. But the room was well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel is quite far from the city center. I also wish the shower had better water pressure.
