Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team!

I’ve been here 6 times now, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve tried other massage places across the Gold Coast, but this one truly stands out. Naoko is an absolute pro—her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism make the whole experience exceptional. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I had an exceptional remedial massage by Giovanni. He made me feel comfortable and secure and all the techniques applied were so precise to treat the tight muscles. Especially I loved how he massaged my neck! I am really happy with his massage and will definitely rebook again.

I must leave a review, my mum and I have been to Retreat massage and wellness a few times now and we are always blown away with how professional and perfect every service/ experience has been!
I see Gio who I can’t recommend highly enough, not only does he make me feel safe and secure, but beyond relaxation and comfort, I can’t even describe how professional and how much care he puts in to every experience that I have.
I train a lot and he is so attentive to every detail and today I left feeling so satisfied I can’t even explain to him how every part is my favourite!

Elle was amazing, she really knows what she is doing targeting all the right area where I needed the massage. Best massage I have ever had. Been coming to Retreat a few times now and can not fault. Great atmosphere and relaxing environment. Always feel so pampered leaving after my treatment.
