Apartment was tired and unclean. Marks on the walls and damaged carpet. Dirty fingerprints around light switches and unclean sheets. Rubbish left outside. Swimming pool is a decent drive away from the apartment. Contacted the provider about how unhappy we were with the accommodation and received no response. Would NOT stay again. Gross.

I will **never** stay at the Residences at the Peninsula again.
While the apartment itself was spacious, new, and clean, nearly every other aspect of our stay was appalling.
The check-in process was confusing and poorly handled. The instructions we received for check-in didn’t even match the building we were supposed to stay in. When we called the after-hours security for assistance, they were rude, intimidating, and entirely unhelpful—making us feel anything but welcome.
The staff were consistently unhelpful and, frankly, rude, despite our multiple requests for assistance.
The parking situation was incredibly inconvenient and honestly absurd. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment but were only given one parking spot. With two cars, we expected some support from the Peninsula staff, yet they were unwilling to help at all. We ended up having to park our second car *outside* the gated community on a street 1.5 km away. The level of inconvenience and frustration this caused was unbelievable.
The location was also disappointing, with very little nearby to see or do.
Lastly, the photos on the website were misleading. Our apartment didn’t have a water view as advertised; instead, it was situated roadside, overlooking a busy roundabout.
I will absolutely not be recommending this accommodation to friends or family.

The apartment was filthy including the sheets. Even an empty can in the egg chair. No numbers on the buildings so difficult to find which one was ours. We had to go to a secondary location to pick up the keys after hours then received poor instructions on where to go once inside the gated community. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Probably THE biggest negative of this property is the ill placed panic button in the bedroom. Easily mistaken for light switch, which we did in the middle of the night. Unfamiliar environment. $110 call out fee to reset alarm system. Now, they do warn you about fee but I can't help wondering how many other people have been caught out by this??
The apartment was sparse, couch not comfortable, basic.
On positive note, nice walk to tavern, you just have to watch out for buggies!

Worst experience ever the position of this place is terrible the hidden price of $200 deposit the small parking the lack of information I got a txt telling me my car was parked in the wrong place but I went by staff directions the sheets looked like they haven't been clean old popcorn on the floor. For $311 plus the $200 deposit I'm not impressed and will be warning others not to use this establishment. If I could give it no stars I would.
