Worst experience ever the position of this place is terrible the hidden price of $200 deposit the small parking the lack of information I got a txt telling me my car was parked in the wrong place but I went by staff directions the sheets looked like they haven't been clean old popcorn on the floor. For $311 plus the $200 deposit I'm not impressed and will be warning others not to use this establishment. If I could give it no stars I would.

Probably THE biggest negative of this property is the ill placed panic button in the bedroom. Easily mistaken for light switch, which we did in the middle of the night. Unfamiliar environment. $110 call out fee to reset alarm system. Now, they do warn you about fee but I can't help wondering how many other people have been caught out by this??
The apartment was sparse, couch not comfortable, basic.
On positive note, nice walk to tavern, you just have to watch out for buggies!

The lady at reception who I saw once was good. Great position near to shops and restaurants.
But that's all for the positives.
Upon walking from the lift to the hallway, I noticed a damp smell that wasn't too bad. However, opening the door to the room, it was overbearing. There had obviously been some type of water problem in the room, or was circulating through the a/c. When I got back at night, the hallways were a mixture of cooking smells and other smells that were trying to hide the horrible smells, it was overbearing and couldn't get in to the room quick enough,... to my overbearing dampness smell.

I stayed there for few weeks. The reception staff asked me for $15 extra to change my bed linen as my bed linen was not changed for over 2 weeks, 16days. Room was not cleaned for that long as well. Cockroaches everywhere and hallways smelt disgusting. My insurance company paid them fully but service was not met. I stayed at Azura as well and the bed mattress was old and lounge sofa was worn out and broken damaged vinyl.
I was told 2nd time after Azzura that I was going to new building which was not true. My 3rd accomodation was where cocroaches running everywhere and smelly hallway.
The owner/ shareholder apologised when he found out that the services were not met n I had to look for another location. Parking is an issue if you have more than one car.
