I have been a loyal client at Rejuven8 Cosmetix Robina for seven years, but my recent experiences with Dr Lyndsay have been highly disappointing.
My last forehead filler treatment ($420.00 for 1/2 ml) used a product that was far too thick, leaving me with highly visible, spotty bumps across my forehead for six months. When I raised concerns, Dr Lyndsay made light of it and applied heat to try to smooth it out, but it didn't work.
Additionally, I paid $105.00 for laser treatment on a spot below my lip. When the first attempt failed, I returned for a second visit. Afterward, Dr Lyndsay told the receptionist to charge me an additional $75.00 and quickly disappeared. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, as I had to stand my ground and explain that I had already paid the proposed fee and shouldn't be charged again for a failed treatment.
Dr Lyndsay then smoothed it over by instructing the receptionist to bill Medicare instead.
In total, after four separate laser attempts at this clinic, the treatment still hasn't worked.
When I requested compensation for getting absolutely no results, Dr Lyndsay offered only an apology with no refund or financial resolution. It is disheartening to have financial concerns completely dismissed by a doctor I trusted for so long. I will not be returning.

Stacey is exception with skin with great attention to detail and really cares. Great service and always feeling and looking fabulous after my treatments!

The injector marayln is the most unprofessional person by far, twice she’s totally forgot about me when It costs me $70 each way in an Uber, absolutely disgusting when the competition is the way it is on the Gold Coast, I’ve been to much more professional people than this, absolute waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE TIME AND MONEY AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL INJECTOR.

At this clinic I was recommended 3 laser genesis treatments, for red areas above 2 year old white surgical scars, at $110 each session.
At the beginning of the 3 rd treatment session, I said to Stacey that I didn't think the laser was working, but she didn't reply.
I made a follow up appointment 3 months later to show there'd been no improvement after the 3rd. session. She just referred me to a different clinic for deeper resurfacing with CO 2 laser, that may give improvement.
I later reread their website which says- “Results you can see. Tailored to address your expectations. Ensure satisfaction.”
I was not told I may not see any results, or anything like that.
I emailed Rejuven8 asking for a refund of my laser treatments, stating what their website says, but didn't hear back.
I tried their very expensive skin rejuvenating $80 Goddessey 30 ml oil prior to treatment as advised, to see if that would fade some of the redness, but it didn't. Also paid $37.50 for 50 ml aloe vera gel following treatments. So was also out of pocket for those.
A google search for laser genesis just says to use a gentle hydrating moisturiser. So you don't need their expensive AV.
