We enjoyed our stay room good value for money. But stay away from right side noise of pump or filter to pool noise.
Restaurant should be closed or better people to run it omg dinner on Friday night worst I have ever had. And we have travelled everywhere. 4 adults and 3 children two meals came out then everyone after us got theirs but our meals were one at a time and last one chips still raw.
Then breakfast well two small kettles get a urn. Jars for condiments not good health not followed. Yogurt in container it was brought in people all putting spoons in. We had plans to bring family members two dinner every night but after Friday no. Fir 3 meals it cost me $83.00 not value for money .
Sad as could be a nice place to eat.

We just stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely lovely. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Free secure underground parking. Our room was modern and clean with air con and overlooked the pool and marina. We had clean linen and towels. The beds were comfy. Free movie channels. The pool was lovely and warm. We had dinner in the bar, the bartender was super friendly and the chef made us some delicious meals. Easy check out. We would definitely stay here again. I'm not sure where all these poor reviews come from as we had a wonderful experience during our stay.

Our 2 day stay at the Ramada on Hope Island, was a last-minute booking. Mae, the receptionist, was extremely welcoming and helpful, offering to change our rooms when she realised there was a slight noise factor, also offering us assistance with places of interest, shopping, restaurants and visits to the marina. Rooms are very clean and tidy, albeit a bit tide, the view over the marine is very pleasant. Will definitely stay again for convenience and friendly receptionist service. Came very late to the point where I didn’t know if I was going to even be let in or not. Looked up to a sign on the door that said: “we do 24/7 check in and check out anytime call this number if need:” Next thing I knew a lady with a beautiful smile came out to of a door right behind the reception still dressed in her pyjamas clearly just woken up. I apologised profusely for waking her up so late but she reassured me that it was fine and I had nothing to worry about. She did our paperwork then handed me my keycard and pointed to my room down the hall. The staff at this hotel were nothing but kind and patient and I think a lot of other establishments can take a note or two about the generosity that was shown to me at Ramada hotel. I didn’t get her name but I don’t think I’ll ever forget her smile. Thank you.
(Btw was picky with rating the rooms because there was a light on the outside section of my room I couldn’t turn off and I’m the type of guy who likes a dark room with plenty of airflow as I had to shut the curtains to not let the outside light into my room. Easily fixable and everything else was fantastic.)
