I had such an amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing vibe. My nail tech was incredibly skilled, took her time, and made sure every detail was perfect. They have a huge range of colours and designs to choose from, and my nails have never looked better! The whole experience felt so pampering, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends!

Went in with happy long nails that needed a refill and colour. I asked for a little shorter but the nail lady just did it and didn’t ask my thoughts on length until she was at colouring (she made my nails too short for the length)
When she was shaping my nails, she made them super sharp and I kept saying “no too sharp” and she went sharper. Some nails came out shorter or wonky or made my finger look super rounded.
They definitely felt very pushy for wanting to get through customers fast.
I ended up walking back in showing I wasn’t happy but I still walked out unhappy cause this situation would have being a complete redo and I’m not paying for that when I paid for a unhappy set of nails
I’ve never had this lady before but honestly, other times I’ve had my nails done, there wasn’t a problem with my nails until now.
