NOT WHAT YOU WANT ON YOUR WEDDING DAY! I went there with my family to get our nails for my wedding day, and I’ve asked to get BIAB and extensions. The staff were rude and said it would take too long and wouldn’t work (which is a lie as I get it done in Brisbane). They were already doing my pedi and my family so we couldn’t leave but I wish I had because my pinky nail popped off, then just before walking down the aisle my ring finger nail coming out, thanks to the venue and their super glue. Now I’m leaving to my honeymoon with another nail off.

The nail woman was more focused on getting as many clients in the door. Stopped every five minutes to talk to walking ins. Two of whom see told to take a seat at spa
Chair . Ten minutes later those two ladies walked out because their service hadn’t started. The mail lady when it came to my service made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her time. Absolutely no effort put into any part of the treatment. For the cost of $65 for my spa
Pedicure it left me very disappointed. The height of her arrogance towards the paying customer was disgraceful. I’ve had enough pedicures in my life to know when I’ve had the shortcut version. I will never go to that salon again. It was rushed and an awful experience for what’s meant to be relaxing. : (

Waited 35 minutes for someone from their other salon to come across and do my nails, only then given books to choose colour and her shirt was quite stained and looked like it hadn’t been washed in awhile. Two others walked out sick of waiting. I understand the difficulties in covering busy times but they were very disorganised.

Went to queen bees nails in Robina, and spent $90 on these! This is one week after getting them done! I went up and complained and the manager just argued with me saying they can’t give me a refund. He also lies and said then didn’t have a google review page. When I went in I say there for 40min before anyone started my nails and I specifically told them I had to be at work at 11:30 and still made me wait and I was late for work! And my nails look terrible and not worth the money at all! I highly recommended not even bothering with this business cause the manger didn’t even really care!

My first experience here was VERY average, but they were busy and I decided to give them a second shot. What a mistake!!!
The girl that did my pedicure cut the nails on one foot very short, but not the other side. The nails were also cut on a weird angle and looked dreadful. I asked her to try and cut them all the same length to even them up, but she argued that it was the shape of my nails. Funny that it’s not been an issue for the past 20 years of pedicures!
She then asked how I expected her to fix it, so I suggested acrylic, for which she said I’d be charged extra. Fine, just make them look right please.
Get to the end of the pedicure and the skin on my feet is still visibly rough. When I ask her if she can use the pumice to smooth them a little more I was told no, they couldn’t make them smooth. I’ve never had an issue with them not being able to make my feet smooth before.
Honestly, this was a terrible pedicure with terrible service. Certainly not worth the time or money.
Try elsewhere, as you can get a better job elsewhere
