WOW!!! - Therapist Hollie. Just WOW!!!
I have regular massages due to chronic back pain, and when I tell you this was the best massage I mean it. Hollie was wonderful, she explained the treatment I was receiving before we started, I laid on a heated bed (that was heaven) especially on a raining cool day like today, to having a heat pack on me at all times and careful repositioned when needed. The music was at perfect volume, not too high, unable to hear any noise beyond the room. The diffusers and aromatherapy made me truly relaxed.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLLIE AT PURE INDULGENCE ROBINA!!

My partner Mathew and I were really looking forward to our couples massage, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The technique and pressure were much lighter than we anticipated, and at times, it felt more like a gentle rub than a professional massage. We were both a bit disappointed with the experience and feel it wasn’t quite what we were hoping for. Based on this visit, we likely won’t be returning and wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it to others."

Have been to Robina Pure Indulgence several times now for facials and have had a very pleasant experience each time. Charlotte has been my therapist and is amazing. Charlotte listens to my skin concerns and always offers professional and useful advice. My facials are so relaxing and I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Charlotte also recommends products without being pushy to buy. My skin feels completely transformed since my sessions. I highly recommend Charlotte if you attend the Robina location. I had the most amazing massage and facial by Molly. I came out feeling and looking so relaxed and fresh. She absolutely knows what she is doing and explained everything to me and how it all worked.
