I have been seeing Ryan for the last month - I am almost 7 Months PP and my back has been playing up from breastfeeding and birth. It has been so much better since my weekly adjustments. But it’s more than the adjustments… its a holistic experience that looks at your whole body and mind and the whole team has been so supportive in bringing my spirit back into a regulated placex I would highly recommend for any New or expecting Mamas to see Ryan._x Ness

I was always really apprehensive about chiro, but I took the plunge with Ryan @ Powerhouse, and honestly haven't looked back since. Ryan and the team are not only incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the human body, but the atmosphere they've built is second to none - from the welcoming and warm Shannon, to some solid laughs with Ryan, one of my fav places to go. My chiro sessions are not only for my physical health, but very much for my mentalt health too. Can not recommend them more!

I cannot recommend powerhouse mind body Chiro enough from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. The entire team was professional friendly and caring,Ryan took the time to understand my needs and explained a treatment plan that was clear and reassuring.My adjustments are a amazing I came in with back and neck issues and after a few sessions I can feel a significant improvement ,if you are on the fence about seeing a Chiro do yourself a favour book here best decision I’ve made for my health in a longtime thanks to the powerhouse team.

I was feeling stiff, sore, and much older than my actual age. I had lost my flexibility and paid hefty fines if I did too much exercise. One day a friend suggested Powerhouse, so I went with my daughter. Straight away I was impressed with their holistic approach, and I found a kindred spirit in looking at ALL of me ( body, mind, spirit). From that moment things just clicked, following their exercises, and protocol motivated me to gym again, and with focusing on breath, food, thinking, attitude, movement, and so much more, I find myself in a renewed, regenerated body that’s as excited as me to function and feel better and celebrate life again. Powerhouse is a true blessing to the community. 5 stars aren’t enough!

I’ve been to a lot of chiros, Physio’s and osteos. And Ryan’s approach at really understanding the root cause of what is happening in the body and how it all connects means you actually get to the root cause vs just working on a sore shoulder or sore neck. It’s about understanding how the body created the pain from the misalignment of the spine. Compared to other places. Ryan has a wealth of both technical knowledge and comes from a really holistic approach meaning he will find things that other people will miss.
