I signed up to PLC Bundall a month ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. All of the trainers are amazing and have been so supportive of my journey, constantly pushing me to be my best. Everyone at PLC has made it the most enjoyable experience, I have never been so excited and motivated to go to the gym. The coaches are there for you 100% of the way, consistently checking in with you and doing everything they can to help you achieve your goals. PLC Bundall is one big family and I couldn't recommend it enough!!

Absolutely adore going to this gym! PLC has improved my mental and physical health on a whole new level. The trainers there are the sweetest and most motivating people I have ever been trained by, it feels like a second family. As someone who has been struggling with anxiety, working out at PLC Bundall has changed my life in the most amazing way possible. Come train at PLC if you ever get the chance to!

Not only are the coaches welcoming and friendly, they provide all the support you need to achieve your personal goals and to have fun while doing it. I recently joined PLC and I absolutely love the experience and the people. I was initially hesitant to join a gym as I was concerned that it would be a negative or competitive environment, but PLC is far from that. Everyone, both coaches and fellow 'trainees', are so welcoming, supportive and caring. I highly recommend joining PLC to improve both your mental and physical well-being! :)

Having been a member at PLC since November 2020 I would highly recommend anyone starting or wanting to improve their fitness and/or technique alongside an amazing group of fitness enthusiasts and top trainers to look no further and join! Personally I am addicted to this style of training and after every session feel amazing! Absolutely results driven and my technique and strength is only getting better and better! I love PLC!
