We needed some urgent repairs to our pool filter system and Jade was able to quickly identify the issues, source the parts and squeezed us in to do the repairs in the middle of a post cyclone pool service nightmare..! I needed a new pool cleaner and the service I got from here was excellent. They asked quite a few questions to ensure the cleaner was a good match and it was a perfect match. My pool is so much cleaner than using my old cleaner. A huge improvement. Thank you!

Started using Platinum Pool Centre Mudgeeraba in February 24 for all my pool requirements. The staff are friendly, most helpful and always give practical advice regarding products and equipment.
Recently discussed with Jade the problems I have had over time with suction cleaners. Showed him a short video of the latest cleaner, he quickly identified the problem and recommended a cleaner with ceramic shoes which I purchased.
Works a treat, would thoroughly recommend.

I called them today to inquire about prices for a pump and chlorinator because the quotes I received from my local pool shop were unreasonably high. Jade answered my call and was exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. He provided detailed information about different products and recommended more affordable and reliable options based on my situation, rather than just pushing more expensive, fancy items. Jade was incredibly patient and knowledgeable—honestly, I’ve visited many local pool shops, and it’s rare to find someone so well-informed. With such dedicated and customer-focused staff, it’s no wonder this shop is doing so well. Highly recommended!
