Some wonderful instructors! Not all so. Reformers gets filled up very quickly. Workouts have deafening music. Diminishing range of classes. The communication regarding payments' very confusing & they'll double charge you or more.

Staff is rude. I left my children inside because there are no seats available for me but stayed outside in their cafe and waited for them to finish. Getting mad at me for not attending just because I was not there with them inside. Soooo rude!!!

Jiv and the team at EMF were SO amazing helping me get set up and inducting me into the gym. The classes are so good to keep me motivated, and it's so helpful to have the kids club where my 6 year old can hang out supervised and play. Such a good experience, would highly recommend.

The best gym I have been to!
Amazing atmosphere and a great range of classes. There is so many different kinds of reformer classes from (my favourite) athletic, traditional and intermediate. The Prama room is also really cool.
The best part is that there is creche and EMF Jnr for the kiddies!

Platinum has a wonderful range of classes and easy online booking system at a great price. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love that EMF jnr is available most hours for the kids if needed. My only suggestion is SMS for waitliat rather than email. My favourite classes are Reformer Pilates, Spin and Hot Yoga :)
