I am a high risk pregnancy it took the staff a month to try and submit my referall. Never got done I had to do it myself even the hospital were shocked. No apology from manager either. If it wasn't for Dr McMillan I would of left ages ago.

I have worked in the health sector for many years with NDIS clients and i am disappointed at the service of this particular medical centre to say the least . Getting anything sorted for our participants have been difficult and we find ourselves chasing for things to be done Up to a week from the initial appointment. Some reception staff are rude and do not deliver good customer service. Would not recommend this medical practice to anyone with high medical needs.

I was really worried about my granddaughter (miss 2) who had a rash appearing from head to toe this afternoon! We tried 3 other practices, who all said “full”, and really didn’t care about miss 2, before going to Pimpama Family Medical Practice, the receptionist there also said “sorry, fully booked”, a doctor over heard the conversation and noticed how worried l was, he said “take a seat and l will see her soon”. I couldn’t be more thankful to him, he diagnosed miss 2 and made me feel at ease! Excellent people skills, passionate about caring, especially for miss 2, I would recommend PFMP!

Very refreshing to visit a doctors clinic that is run properly and efficiently. So friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Ever since I moved from Melbourne, I have been visiting a particular clinic for my medical needs. However, when Dr. Inayatullah treated my son's injury, he and the nurse were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a result, my family and I decided to switch to him for all our medical needs. Additionally, the receptionists at the clinic are nice and welcoming.
