I had a wonderful experience at this medical practice — everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I saw Dr. Ian McMillan for an iron infusion, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Ian was warm and professional, and he placed the cannula painlessly and perfectly on the first try. As a South African, it was especially comforting to be treated by a fellow South African who could also speak Afrikaans.
My nurse, Shana, was fantastic — she was friendly, engaging, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Taneka at the front desk was also lovely, taking the time to clearly explain all the costs and the Medicare rebate process.
They even went out of their way to make my two-year-old feel welcome, which I really appreciated. The pricing at this medical centre is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

My family and I have been patients at Pimpama Family Medical Practice for two years since moving from NZ. I highly recommend the practice as all the Dr’s and staff are lovely. They are compassionate, professional and really take the time to listen to you. I can always get an appointment on the day I ring up even if they are full, they make a plan or have a few spaces reserved for urgent cases.

Been attending this practice for over a year. The receptionists and nurses are accommodating and friendly. Dr McMillan is a very knowledgeable doctor with a good sense of humour. Helps to lighten the mood when attending this kind of setting.

I arrived early and was called by the doctor before my appointment time. Was impressed with the amount of time the doctor spent with me; it was my first visit. The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Was seeking a new practice and tried this one. Very busy, lovely staff, parking was a challenge and there was a strong odour in the waiting room. I didnt expect that. Person from an attending patient, but not inviting.
