Grateful for all the help I've recieved from Sean & Nash at Physio Labs. Injuring myself during sport & not being able to play & run has taken a toll. Nash not only has excellent knowledge and a clear, structured rehab approach, but he also genuinely understands the mindset of athletes — especially the frustration and urgency of wanting to get back to sport safely. Nash not only looks after the current issues but will work with me going forward for future goals & making sure I have the tools to avoid big injuries in the future.

The staff & physio here are so lovely and always greet you with a smile, my physio Simren is amazing very caring and knows what he is doing as well as explaining everything as you are on your recovery journey. He is also up for a laugh 😃 easy to talk to. Differently recommend 💯 physio Labs beautiful place.

I can’t recommend Physio labs highly enough. I first came in with ongoing foot pain and persistent back issues that were really impacting my daily life. From the very first session, they took the time to really listen, explain what was happening with my body, and put together a treatment plan that made sense.
The sessions have made such a difference — my pain has eased, my mobility has improved, and I feel much more confident in managing things moving forward. What I really appreciate is the balance of hands-on treatment with practical exercises I can do at home, along with the genuine care and encouragement throughout the process.

I was staring down the barrel of spinal surgery — looking at having my discs fused, in constant agony with nerve damage, and drugged up on heavy meds just to cope. I’d already seen plenty of physios before and honestly thought they were useless.
A good mate of mine, Sean, insisted I give his team at Physio Labs a try. I can honestly say they’ve changed my life forever. Their approach, knowledge, and hands-on treatment have completely turned things around for me.
I’m now pain-free and off all the medication. I went from thinking surgery was my only option to feeling like I’ve been given my life back. I can’t thank Sean and the team enough — they’re the real deal.
