I can't recommend Michelle and her brow artistry enough. I was hesitant to try tattooing as had heard horror stories and I'm so grateful to have had the experience I did. Michelle's lovely persona set me at ease from the beginning, and she took time to explain the process in detail, and to ensure I was happy with the shape. I went from thin, patchy brows to full, natural brows and it has given me such a burst of confidence. It was not at all painful due to the numbing cream used, and I actually found the whole experience relaxing. 10/10.

TLDR: Dr Aishah was genuine, kind, and made me feel safe and collaborative in my treatment. She was very informed and met me where I needed as a first time botox client. I would recommend this clinic no matter if you are a first time or just looking for a new practitioner.
I came in for masseter injections after my dentist suggested I get them. I got an appointment within 24 hours notice to see Dr Aishah, and was able to do both my consult and the procedure in one appointment (though I would recommend ringing to book this if that's what you're after to make sure you get a suitable amount of time)
On arrival, the waiting room was very clean and had ready to serve iced tea and water. The receptionist was kind and genuine talking to my mum and I. We don't look like typical clients for these types of things but we were treated the same way as I would expect "typical" clients to be treated by the whole team. Dr Aishah came to see me within about a minute of arrival even though I was a bit early.
Dr Aishah walked me through what the injections are, what brand they used to use and what one they changed to and why, talked me through the muscle structure and how the process works to a high detail level and answered my many MANY questions about the process and after without batting an eyelash. I was given the what, where, when, and why of every step. I was initially worried we would only do a split dose due to being my first ever Botox experience but she agreed with me that for my care we would rather do it all at once to get results I need for my TMJ pain and teeth grinding.
She also assessed my suitability for lipodisolve at my request and said it is best to do them at separate times so that we can tell if there is any reaction where it has come from, which made me feel like my safety and long term care mattered more than just making lots of money all at once.
Dr Aishah met me where I need for the injection process (I asked not to be told when the needle would go in) and she gave me appropriate breaks in between each site. She was the most gentle handed injection experience I've ever had, and I don't think that's because of the topical numbing cream! She talked me through where she was going to inject and explained why. Our consult time was about 20-25 minutes and the injection itself was about 15.
The receptionist was also able to have Tara the beauty therapist speak with my mum for a consult with no notice for her areas of concern. Tara made my mum feel cared for and in control of her own care and listened to, and said she would consult with the RN and email my mum options about her skin concerns. This made her not feel pressured to make a snap decision about it all too which is great.
The team made us both feel so safe and informed and involved in our care and options. I was initially very nervous for this process but the team made me excited to come back for my review in a few weeks and my ongoing treatments! Thank you team 💐
