Dr Robert Cargill is delightful, thorough in his extensive knowledge of ailments. Great off street parking, location is handy to all services. Clean foyer and entry & internal public toilets. Offsite Chemist available. Atmosphere relaxing.

5 stars…. So happy with the service with this practice. I’ve had urgent medical issues in the past couple of weeks and on both occasions the receptionist team have either fitted me in with telephone appointments or in person with Dr Edmond Dyogi. Debbie was so helpful this morning and Dr Dyogi is very experienced, super smart and provided excellent advice on my major injury. It’s the best service I’ve received on the Gold Coast in the years I’ve lived here.
Thank you Parkwood Family Practice, you guys are awesome 🙌🏼🙏🏼

I would NOT see Dr Boni Lelina who is a horrible GP. I was supposed to see her at another practice and she refused, saying I was late even though she never sent us a notification that we were next, she didn’t even acknowledge me and my 5 year old and walked straight to the receptionist to say we had to go back in the queue. I am 9 months pregnant and she just blew us off claiming she walked around the practice looking for us… despite this, for every other patient she sat in her chair and opened the door to call for her patients and didn’t get up for anyone else. Horrible woman and doctor and I recommend she take up a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people.

Dr. Jon, you appear very unhappy in your role. Your attitude is impatient and rude, lacking the patience and professionalism expected of a doctor. Also, to some of the young ladies at the front desk, if you do not enjoy your job, please leave and make way for those who are passionate and suitable for this position, who can approach people in need of service with positivity and patience. I have noticed that some of your colleagues are doing an excellent job.

BEWARE OF LARISSA SNAITH.!!!
I wouldn't even call her a doctor, she doesn't deserve it. She's the most UNCARING, unprofessional, UNINSPIRING, PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
She should not be treating people who need attention and caring. I went there to ask an opinion and she told me "what can I do, do you want an CT scan or an MRI"??? Are you the doctor or am I???
Told me pretty much to put up with my ailments!!
