We loved our stay at paradise resort. The rooms were a little old, but it really doesn’t matter when you aren’t in the rooms that often because there is so much to do.
Service was amazing, everywhere. We loved the enthusiasm from the man doing the train tour. It made it so much fun. Like I said above service was great, I gave one less star due to the one blonde headed lady in the pool area. Who was blowing her whistle and screaming every 2 mins. Blowing your whistle in kids faces is a bit ridiculous. She made a little boy cry with the amount of whistle blowing and raising of her voice.
There is heaps of food options. And reasonably priced.
Loved the food QR system, easy and simple.
Rooms were cleaned every day.
I definitely would stay here again. So many fun things for the kids to do. If you added a pamper salon for adults that would be a 10/10 😆

This place is a diamond in the rough!
Great for younger kids. If your family loves swimming in a small pool or on an awesome splash mat play ground with a dunk bucket, this is the place for you!
So much to do but of course all the fun stuff costs extra $$$$.
Rock Climbing $15 for an hour (30mins climbing as there are at least 10 kids) This was so much fun and Jeo was awesome with the Kids!
Cookie making $10. Not worth it. They burnt our cookie.
Kids Club is also available in 3 hour blocks. They give you a free voucher on entry - winning.
Service around the resort was amazing.
Rooms are bear bones basic but when your at the pool relaxing all day, you're not in your room anyway. Astro Alley, whilst the older part, was very quiet at night and in the morning - bonus! Cleo's Castle and Dusty's Den are much newer

We have had a great time staying at Paradise Resort! After a week here, none of us are ready to go home. Our kids have had the best time here on the Gold Coast. All staff are super friendly and the unlimited kids activities have been great. We don't want our holiday to be over yet!
One small suggestion would be for the bar to stay open a little later for the adults 😊

We recently just got back from Paradise resort and we had such an amazing stay. The staff throughout the whole resort all go above an beyond. The kids entertainment is 10/10, we stayed for 7 nights and still did not do all of the activities. My kids loved everything about this resort. The food and cocktails are delicious! Nothing to fault at this resort. Will definitely be going back again. Would recommend this resort to any families.

A fantastic family-friendly resort.
The children had a such awesome time.
Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed longer as we didn't get to everything that the resort has to offer.
