So I stayed one night at this place, I was a little concerned due to the reviews about there being mold in the rooms but thankfully there wasn’t any mold in my room. First of all this is my first time ever paying $200 for a security deposit and it was quite a lot (I did that all of that back*) I originally booked a room for $125 when we arrived at the place the room we got put in was NOT the room that I have booked so I went back down to tell them and they said they told me there was a “mix up” in the booking and they said they’d give me a refund for the difference of the room which was $25. They are screaming poor due to the fact they tried to scam me $25 by giving me a room that I did not book and tried to get away with it. And they sent up an extra bed instead of moving us to another room and the bed had prickles running throughout the bed. Please be careful. The manager there was really nice he answered all my questions I wanted to know but the lady at the front desk she was nice just her customer service wasn’t that great, when talking to her it made me feel like I was absolutely wasting her time. Just dead straight face no emotion, no smiling. Nothing. Okay now for the good side of things. The place itself is really beautiful the views were nice the pools were nice although I didn’t try the steam room and the gym. I would recommend spending a little bit more spending to get somewhere nicer.

Don't waste your money. The only good thing is the staff are very nice. The rooms are outdated and filthy. I had bugs & mould in my room. I don't know how this place is open with the amount of health concerns.. Surely needs to be investigated. The pool, gym & sauna is literally the ONLY nice part for this "resort". I wouldn't call it a resort as it doesn't offer anything different to a motel. The restaurant has closed down (most likely due to how unclean the place is). There's also no cutlery in the rooms or plates etc. I had ordered takeaway as I had a long day and had to use a teaspoon to eat it. Wouldn't stay here again unless upgrades and refurbished because the place has potential if in the right hands.

We had a booking at this hotel but couldn’t travel due to a cyclone making it unsafe to reach the area. Despite the extreme weather conditions and clear safety concerns, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and showed zero understanding or flexibility. It’s disappointing that they prioritize profit over guest safety. I would not recommend staying here – if anything unexpected happens, don’t expect any support from them. Avoid this place if you want a hotel that actually cares about its guests.

The room and bathroom was spacious which is nice. However, it had an old carpet smell which I didn’t like. It is fairly decent considering how much it costed to stay a couple of nights.

One of the cheapest resorts on the Gold Coast that is in a great location and just a short walk to Cavill Ave. you couldn’t ask for a better location for the price. Rooms are basic, if you’re expecting 5 star level detail you’re looking in the wrong place but for the price the room was clean, beds comfortable and the facilities are great. Tennis court was good to have a hit and the pool area is a nice quiet and great for the kids. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re on a budget and I’ll be happily booking here again if I’m ever back.
