Decent pub, reasonable drink prices though the drink specials could be better. Blokes in the gaming room were good, James & Andrew I think was their names. Liv the Brazilian girl was delightful

Would never stay here again. Room stunk like wet dog. Air con was so loud we could t sleep. Beds were so uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. Spend a bit extra and stay somewhere nicer. The service we received in the restaurant was below par also. One of the staff members was rude and miserable.

I visited to your hotel restaurant yesterday with my family (9 guests) for dinner and disappointed with our steak orders. The dishes arrived jumbled.When we brought this to the attention of our waitress ,she seemed rude and unapologetic. She disappeared into the kitchen without addressing our concerns or apologising for the mistake.
However, I must commend your manager, who intervened and corrected the order. She provided excellent service ensuring our meals were prepared correctly and checking in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory.
Thank you and we hope to have a better experience in the future

When we checked in, our room was smelly and stuffy. When we told a staff, he came in with the airfreshener spray.
We booked for 3 nights but our room has never been cleaned. Beds have never been made. Towels were not charged, and rubbish wasn't emptied. Disappointed!!!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Single bed room was small but comfortable. Clean, but the carpet could be cleaned more often. Bedding change could be weekly. The shared bathroom was the outstanding feature of my stay. Very modern and clean. Location adjacent to shopping centre. Not a resort stay. But a bed for the night. Highly recommend. Pricing average but still good value.
