barramundi fish was cooked perfectly with pickle carrots 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 out of 5 stars.
cheese toast with sour dough bread with few different cheeses, it was delicious.
Dessert was good too, sweetness was just right.
They are allergy friendly restaurant and will try their best to accommodate your needs.
Good service and friendly staff.
We enjoy the dinner and will definitely try their signature “Testing Menu” next time.

8 course degustation menu was artistically presented with beautiful flavours. This was our first time dining here. We enjoyed being able to take our time and being surprised by each beautiful dish. We'll definitely return when the new menu comes out.

This was my 3rd dining visit to Palette, one being a high tea. Both dinners, were absolutely outstanding in all categories and I couldn't recommend Palette more.
All staff are highly professional, welcoming & actually remembered my previous visit, which is a lovely touch. Shout out to our beautiful waitress from Chile and James whose enthusiasm and knowledge of each meal is second to none 👌😊 Thnxyou for introducing yourself, both my husband (also James & first time here) & myself (salt shaker lady 😅) will be back. 10/10

Outstanding food and service 😋 We had the $100pp tasting menu, which was extremely good value and a beautiful journey thru the menu. Staff were attentive and friendly and well-versed in all the plates and genuinely passionate about the food. The whole experience was surprise and delight as each dish arrived. I thought the roo carpaccio was hard to beat, but then the cuttlefish made me want to lick the bowl!! I highly recommend you eat here, you won't regret it!!
