Dr. Mahmoud Abdulrahman... Very friendly guy, but started to recommend things that didn't need to be done. In 15 years of going to a dentist, never heard of anyone requesting to remove a brace wire for no specific reason. I wanted a filling done but he consistently mentioned there is a risk of a root canal if the nerve is showing. Any logical person would know that if a dentist is drilling into a tooth to prepare it for a filling, they can at their own will, drill near the nerve in order to turn a filling job ($300) into a root canal job ($4000). I did not trust him based on his profit driven approach regarding the brace wire. Profit should not be prioritized over a patient's health. I won't blindly obey a so called "professional" without asking questions and evaluating their character or virtue. He didn't earn my trust or respect.

Dr Mah is patient and very calm. My daughter has massive anxieties and he has helped her through a few procedures including one where she didn’t do well. The best humour and handles things as they come :) thank you for all the support she receives.

Terrible experience with the reception staff. I was offered by Pacific Smiles to cover the gap as I'm an AHM member. I was told to come back when I had my card. So when I got my card I drove back in from the sticks, it's a 1.5hour round trip. When I asked for the gap to be refunded I had an extremely rude young women tell me they don't do that. Eventually the manager came over and educated the rude staff member we do provide gap refunds to AHM members. She pretended to take my details and fill out a form and said I'd get the refund soon. I never got it. Just got stuffed around.
If your wondering why I havnt come back to get that $1000.00 worth of extra work done is because your staff stuffed me round and had no respect for the distance I have to travel, they are rude, and pretend to do things just to get you out of their face.
Extremely dissatisfied. Will be going back to my regular dentist and not taking any chances with these scammers.

Yesterday I had my lower wisdom tooth extracted. I was already in pain for the last week and was on antibiotics before the procedure. Dr Mah briefed me well of all the complications expected, and the procedure went as expected with almost no pain or stress during the surgery.
DR Mah is a very skilled surgeon, and the staff are so friendly.
The second day during the weekend, got a call from the clinic asking about me and if I had any complications and confirmed they were open for the weekend.
Overall an excellent experience 👌
