Very unprofessional staff and owner. The center closed for 4.5 days due to the cyclone, fair enough. However, I was on a weekly membership so I lost 5 days out of 7 of $115 weekly membership. When I asked for this to be added on to my membership, I was told that it was not going to happen due to the government saying it was necessary to close, so no refund. They did eventually agree after a much heated and unnecessary discussion. Further more, I then said to please cancel my membership after the next payment, (this was giving 8 days notice after an 8 week membership), however, apparently this is not good enough and again I was told that I had to pay an extra week because in there "terms and conditions ", they require 2 weeks notice for cancellation, ridiculous. Mind you, i had just paid them nearly $1000 for the membership and had been a customer on and off for several years. This is a scam to get more money out of people when they forget to give 2 weeks notice. (After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence). Look around, there are sooo many better options on the coast other than this one.
*Update - So the saga continues with the manager lying once again and not issuing the refund as promised. I am now in the process of taking them to court. Furthermore, I have reframed from mentioning this before, however this place is an absolute disgrace regarding cleanliness. People go straight from the sauna into the pools without showering. The pools are promoted as "mineral pools", ha, what a joke. The chloring is so strong the smell lasts a week on your skin. I guess they need that much chlorine as they are disgustingly filthy. When the sauna sessions are finished, they are not cleaned, just a lazy wipe over from a teenage kid with a towel and the next person gets in. The sauna's are reasonable new but already moldy. The floors are filthy as well as no shoes are required to be worn and when people exit the saunas, sweat is dripping everywhere. The hyperbaric chamber is also not cleaned before a new user gets in and the same goes for the pressure boots that remain sweaty after everyone's use. This place is a disgusting bacteria disaster waiting to happen.

Great team, professional and kind. The environment is calm and comfortable, which made it easier to focus on recovery. I always felt supported without judgment. This place helped me get back on track, and I’m truly grateful.

P3 Performance centre is an incredible venue for relaxation and recovery! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the area is always clean and welcoming - creating a space for maximum relaxation. Everyone should check out P3 if they get the chance!

Hannah and the team at P3 are amazing – super accommodating and friendly. The space is clean, modern, and has everything you need for recovery. Highly recommend!
