Loved my stay at outrigger, even though I cut it short for personal reasons. It was so close to the beach, the rooms were neat and tidy. The pool was amazing and I loved being on the bottom floor and just walk out my sliding door to the pool. Defiantly coming back next trip to the Gold Coast.

Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.
During our 9-day stay, we were only provided with one roll of toilet paper every two days for three females, which was completely inadequate. It was embarrassing and degrading to repeatedly find ourselves without such a basic necessity in accommodation we had paid good money for.
What made it even worse was the response when I called to ask for more toilet paper - I was told to go to the corner store and buy some myself. That level of service was unacceptable.
Something as basic as ensuring guests have enough toilet paper should never be an issue. I'm extremely disappointed by both the service and the way this was handled.
I would not stay here again.

Overpriced, bare amenities. Didn’t even supply a face washer. No discount for the roadwork noise.
Staff were nice, secure car park though ceiling had leaks.
2 dining chairs were basic metal outdoor chairs, didn’t match the table. Understandable if you’re in a $80 per night place, though they match their furniture better.
$250 credit card bond paid, yet nothing in the room worth that.
Wouldn’t stay here again, even with the beach nearby.

Great location very knowledgeable front of house staff well maintained rooms with free parking also tram stop on the front step to get you into Broadbeach or Burleigh Main Street.

This place is a hidden gem so close to the beach, a pool and spa, down outside reception is coles, liquorland, fish and chips and a chinese restaurant at the motel. Staff friendly and accomodating, rooms clean and bed comfy
